Been wanting to write this review for months now. I rented 3 times from here. And twice the cooler broke down during the summer. Can't risk it with these folks no more. I have a demanding business to run and I need reliable gear, not from here.

We rented for our farm wedding and it was perfect! We got so many compliments on what a great idea it was. It held all of our pop, liquor and extra food! So easy to deal with, delivery and pick up were so easy, they made you feel so welcome and apart of a family. Unit was super clean and so quiet! 100% would recommend to any one for any event!

Chill Out Rentals was a life savour for our daughters wedding! They made the entire process easier than I could imagine! I made the call last minute and they were able to accommodate within 24 hours! The process is effortless as they confirm via email, deliver and pick up!! The unit was absolutely perfect for all the beverages, flowers and food!!

An absolutely amazing company to work with. They have been extremely helpful on information and booking of a trailer for our event. They were able to accommodate when last minute changes came up and even rearranged deliveries to make sure we were happy with our service. I Can not recommend Chill Out Rentals enough. The Rotary Club of Barrie Huronia has been fortunate enough to have Chill Out provide us with there units for many of our events. It was our first experience renting a freezer trailer as we had sudden freezer breakdown. Chill Out rentals were to our rescue. Very friendly staff, they were quick and on time delivery of the trailer even though they had to come all the way from Barrie to London. They even helped us with electrical connections (voltage requirements & AMP). It was an overall great service experience!!!
