Quick response and availability to come the same day. He came the same day and I received an inspection and chimney cleaning under the Winter special. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail and provided opportunities too. As a first time homeowners with a fireplace ( actually been here 8 years and never used the fire place), it was very educational. My fireplace is extremely old but still could work. I would definitely recommend homeowners at least take advantage of the Winter special and at least learn more about your fireplace and chimney.
