Food was great, no complaints there at all. I ordered paid (including tip ahead of time) and sat down. My food arrived with no utensils, the server said utensils are in the corner for you to grab yourself - I was a bit annoyed, but went and got them.
I started eating and went through my drink rather quickly, no refill was offered. I saw other guests going up to the counter to get refills - again, an establishment that asks for tips upon payment before you even sit down should at least offer refills/check in on the food.
Upon finishing there are signs asking you to clean up your table by putting dirty items in bins and getting rid of trash.
For the price of the food and tipping option before you even sit down to eat, I would recommend the service to be slightly better. I don’t think I’ll be back based on lack of service, but will say the food was phenomenal.
The aroma wafting from the restaurant is incredibly enticing.
And the aroma doesn’t even come close to the wonderful flavors from the actual food.
They do an amazing job making sure the food is served correctly.

Very disappointed with this place, me and my bf don’t go out much cause we are saving to move states. Last night we went and placed food to go, we were so excited to try this place and that we were finally eating out in months also drove 25 minutes each way. We get all the way home and no sauce on the wings, I know they always say check your food before you leave and they are always right cause we were so DISAPPOINTED. We even tired to make our own sauce to save the disappointment but that didn’t help. So, today we call which we never do but money is tight right now and the manager says to come back at 7 today and my boyfriend does; He drives all the way there thinking they would fix the mistake, not by replacing our $40 meal but making it right with us. They gave us sauce… im being fr they gave us sauce. We already ate the food sooo I guess we will be putting that on different stuff. Just very disappointed and will not be trying again sadly ):
