While our team always takes great care during cuticle work, despite our best efforts, minor cuticle injuries can occasionally occur during manicure services, particularly in delicate areas. Even so, we understand that this was upsetting and not the experience we want any client to have.

Our salon coordinator checked in with you before you left the salon and understood that everything was okay at the time, so I was concerned to read your review afterward.

As the owner, I was not present during your visit and unfortunately, because you were a walk-in guest, we do not have any contact information for you and have no way to reach you directly.

I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and better understand your experience. If you are willing, please contact us via WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram. I would be happy to speak with you personally and see if there is anything we can do for you.
