Overall, the visit was fine. Staff was friendly, as they always are. The food was not as fresh as expected. Chicken was not hot and fresh and the fries were cold. I will probably go back, hoping that the next experience there is better.

The customer service is AWFUL, and they got my order completely wrong, i only got a chicken biscuit and hash browns and got a soggy biscuit with spicy chicken in it, I'd rather go to the new Raising Canes that opened across the street, just terrible overall, won't be coming back

Same chicken nothing new or special

Chick-fil-a is always great. The food is tasty. The cashiers are friendly. The staff that delivers the food to your table is always polite and will get the "extras" if you forget to get them, things like ketchup, spoons, water, etc. We always look forward to stopping at Chick-fil-A on the way home from our doctor's appointment in Indy.

Great food my daughter's love it also we stop when we can

I guess I let it slip my mind that this Chick-fil-A sucks. I have been in line 11 minutes and there were six cars in front of me. I’m kind of surprised Chick-fil-A allows this to go on at one of their franchises. Ordered my food at 9:03 in the app arrived at the store at 9:15 and they told me they would start my order. What’s the purpose of having an app, and ordering early, if it’s not ready when I get there? I might as well get in the drive-through line place my order at the speaker, like everybody else. No mobile through line, which is surprising since it’s in such a yuppie place. I Live in a really small town, we have three drive-through lines, one of which is completely devoted to mobile, and my food is always ready when I pull in do better Westfield

Very friendly...got my order quick. Love the chicken nuggets!

Va mucha gente y eso hace que se espere un poco pero la comida es muy buena, así que vale la pena esperar. La gente es muy amable.
