The installers were on-time and explained the repair and installation work they performed and the door features. Their attention to detail of the installation was excellent. The sliding glass door and installation price was much more reasonable than other brand name installers and doors. I was amazed at the difference the new door made to the appearance of our kitchen. We keep talking about the appearance and how clear the view is through the glass, even with the screen in place.

Outstanding sales and installation. Best product for our project. Replaced all windows and patio door w/sidelights (circa 1969) with premium windows in our 4th floor condo. We got several quotes, but based on the products, guaranty and skill of installation there was no question in my mind. CWS was without dought the best choice.

Had 8 rotting Pella wood windows replaced by Chicago Windows Solutions this week with brand new Marvin Fiberglass ones. From the initial visit with Gary to the final completion of the job was a wonderful experience. The pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we got. After we placed our deposit, it took about 4-6 weeks for our windows to arrive from Marvin. On installation day, they completed the entire job on the same day. They took care of applying for a permit and getting an inspection. They also matched the custom trim on my old windows to the new ones, and painted all of it white (not prime, like a lot of companies wanted to do). Our new windows look and work great, couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Gary and Chicago Windows Solutions.

Andy and the crew from Chicago Window Solutions were great. They showed up on-time and got right to work. They took extra care to cover and protect the items in my kitchen while they removed my old french door for a sliding door. And in just a matter of a few hours they were done. They cleaned everything that needed to cleaned and setup the new door perfectly. They also took the time to make sure we knew exactly how to work the door and use any of the features it had. From the intitial consultation to the final install, everything worked out great. A pleasure to do buisness with!

I highly recommend Gary and CWS for replacement windows. I needed to replace the windows in my condo with similar, white vinyl windows. Gary came out, explained the differences between the 2 windows that would work for my needs, and answered all the questions I had. I must've gotten lucky because it only took 4 weeks from when I scheduled my consultation appointment to them installing the windows. The workers cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently. It only took half a day for the team to install 7 windows. Afterwards, my husband noticed a small gap in one of the windows. I sent Gary an email with the picture, and he came out the following day to caulk that up but also took the time to look at the other windows and re-caulk another section that he thought needed some more caulking. I have no regret with my decision to hire this company.

We were so happy to have found Chicago Window Solutions. We did our research online and then narrowed it down to the top 3 that we met with in person. We felt most confident with the knowledge and hands on approach with Andy, and felt that his team of installers were really going to be able to address whatever came up. We replaced a large picture window with a bay window. We were not sure if we could expect to actually sit in the window seat. The other companies, said you could, but you really shouldn't on a regular basis. But Andy assured us that they could make the adjustments to build it to higher specifications to give the extra support and take away those concerns. On top of that, they came in less expensive that their competitors. It was a win-win. He was so good about communicating every step of the way and we were thrilled about the attention to detail during the installation. We are very happy to support such a solid business.

Gary and his team are AMAZING! From the first time I met Gary I knew I picked the right company for the job. He is very knowledgeable and doesn’t pressure you into anything you don’t want. He works with your ideas and gives his professional input on what would work best. Great communication from start to finish. The installers were very professional, always on time, very nice, and approachable. They covered up the floor, covered entryways so the dust was contained in one area and wouldn’t go everywhere. They pay attention to detail and are very clean. That is a big plus for me. I will definitely call them again for future projects.
