After doing lots of research online, I was struggling to decide who to hire to mount my new TV on a pull-down mantel mount already purchased. Then, I came across a video posted by Chicago Mounting of a completed job with what appeared to be the same pull-down mount. That locked my decision. It was a bonus that they also mounted other items, such as tracks for Elfa and IKEA shelving, which I also needed done. I emailed them on a Thursday for a quote of the jobs and Ross promptly replied and answered my questions. He was able to come that Saturday morning and he and his associate completed all of the jobs. They were professional and prepared, using their own hardware instead of the Elfa screws and anchors, which I can now return. We are so thrilled with the installation of the MantelMount for our TV! Highly recommend!

10/10! We have an older home with plaster walls and I didn’t feel comfortable mounting a large TV by myself. He showed up on time worked quickly and efficiently. Knew exactly where I wanted the TV placed before I even told him. He was extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Chicago mounting!

Ross did our Frame TV and he did an amazing job. It was on a quartz wall that I was nervous about but he handled it like a complete professional. The TV looks awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome!

The service was excellent. Very reasonable pricing (able to get a good sense from their website exactly what the charge will be based on what you already have and what you might want them to supply). Showed up promptly, communicating the day before and day of as the weather was looking a little questionable. Friendly, respectful (took shoes off walking inside even though I said not to worry about it). The job was done and expeditiously and he left the space as clean, if not cleaner than he found it. Will absolutely be using again for any and all mounting work.
