Brad and his team did an amazing job installing a custom mudroom closet in our home. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I'm very, very happy with my closets. Brad was an excellent designer (and very patient -- I put him through countless modifications), and the build quality is top notch. The installers, Juan and Hugo, were professional, friendly, and thorough. I'd recommend CCC to anyone. They beat the other finalist in my search on both price and color selection.
To add some specifics, I had them do three closets, a coat closet, a laundry closet, and my primary bedroom closet. I'm in an old high rise apartment with a quirky layout, and they helped me find custom solutions that fit my needs perfectly.
Brad helped us through many iterations of our design and we are very pleased with the results. It was a big investment but we love the new closets! Quality seems great. Process was smooth. All three closets - two reach-ins and one walk-in all installed in one day.
My experience with Chicagoland custom closets was seamless from start to finish. My designer, Brad was easy to work with, offered good ideas, and was upfront and transparent about every part of the process. And Juan, the installation specialist was a dream! He showed up early, could not have been more patient and kind with my very curious toddlers, and went above and beyond with communication. And the closet looks AMAZING- which was no small feat for my small, uneven closet in our 100+ year old home! They fit me in right away and were the cheaper of the two quotes I got. Would definitely use them again.

I definitely recommend Chicagoland Custom Closets! Brad came out and measured a space in a hallway where we wanted to replace a shelving system with something more functional. He was down to earth, easy to work with, and came up with a great solution. The installers were extremely kind, respectful, and efficient. I almost went with DIY IKEA shelving in my space, but I'm so happy I didn't! What CCC built for me is better in every way.

Tim Fowler and his crew designed, fabricated and installed wonderful reach in closet systems for our condo. It was a collaboration. Functional and beautiful. It was easy to communicate our needs and desires and it was a pleasure working with everyone! We also installed bookshelves. The price was less than others and the lead time was very short. And they're Local! The new showroom is gorgeous! I wish I could give them Six Stars!!
Our experience with Tim and the team was great. Our home had custom closets designed by a company that was no longer in business and we needed some modifications done including new shelving. Tim was able to help out in a pinch, super flexible, accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend for any custom projects big or small.

After recently moving into a new home, I need one of the closets configured for storage for an office. Brad from Chicagoland Custom Closets came out, provided options, and offered a terrific solution. I also had a custom closet that needed to be repaired, which was from another company that was out of business. Brad also came up with solutions to fix that closet.
