Chiara Broom did a e-commerce website for me. I've had other people do websites for me in the past, but this was the first time that I felt my vision was fully understood. My Website was in need of an upgrade to make it future proof and while i was sceptical that anyone could create a site better than the one i had due to complementary comments i had to trust that she could pull it out of the bag so i gave her the information she required and gave her the go ahead and waited to see what she could come up with. What she sent me needed a couple of adjustments but once that was done it was on another level compared to the old one. I am buzzing about it and cant wait for my potential customers to see it. I recently began working with Chiara when I signed up to her website care plan for my new e-commerce site. I was having terrible issues with the loading speed of the site (this was not a website that Chiara built), and couldn't work out what the problem was. Chiara went above and beyond what was included in the monthly plan, running various reports, providing me with detailed recommendations to optimise the website and cleaning the database herself. Since she has done so, the website has been running much more quickly and smoothly! Thank you, Chiara!
