We are deeply saddened and shocked to read your review, as it is very clear that you have mistakenly reviewed the wrong sanctuary. At Elephant Freedom Project, we do not have enclosures or cages; our elephants roam the mountain forest freely with us. 🌳🏔️

Your comments regarding "enforcers" and the inability to get close are the opposite of our experience, where guests hand-feed the elephants and walk alongside them as equals. Furthermore, our guests consistently praise our traditional Thai food as a highlight of their trip! 🍲✨

Because your description—including mentions of elephants needing "clothes, boots, or hats"—does not match our sanctuary or ethical standards in any way, could we kindly ask you to remove this review? It deeply hurts our local team's reputation for a mistake we did not commit. We believe you meant to post this for a different location.

We are Elephant Freedom Project in Mae Wang Chiang Mai. After checking we do not find your name in our reservation system.
