It's a tough one to rate! One can easily see the love and passion they try to lead this place with. But honestly food was just ok.
We had ramens, gyoza, pickles. Everything was eatable. Meat was just ok. My friend didn't finish as it was not to his liking. One clearly can feel there was love put there but they were working on too tight and low budget probably. Place is very affordable and I think that's what they try to aim primary - not the food outcome, just how to make sure local people can afford trying japanese food at reasonable price.
I believe one day if same people would run place with higher budget, not focus on tiny, tight margin, they would be able to produce excellent work. The love is there, it's just too underinvested and prioritizing affordablity even at the cost of the end result.
A bit disappointed about the meal sadly :( I won't comeback, but I am happy these places exist so locals have place to eat and enjoy trying something else. I would be ok paying 100B more easily for this meal if that would be higher quality and money invested in better setting.

The restaurant is located away from the main tourist area, making it a great spot for a more local dining experience. The restaurant is clean, the ramen is absolutely delicious, and the prices are very reasonable.

You have to make an order online even when you’re there to dine in which doesn’t make any sense. I had some pork ramen (I think it was pork or beef) but it was pretty tasteless I was very disappointed because the food looks good maybe if I had ordered something else I would have had a better experience. This place also shut earlier than it says online which was annoying because most restaurants in this area close really early. Overall I had an okay experience at this restaurant I wouldn’t go back for the ramen nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I have been eating and testing ramen in Thailand for many years, and this one is invented by real Japanese man and all the ingredients are mostly very Japanese influenced. I also like a gyoza very much suitable for Thai people’s taste too.
