We bought our camper from Cheyenne a little over 3 years ago. We drove from California, picked it up and brought it to Northern Minnesota. It has traveled back and forth along the shore of Lake Superior from Duluth to Gran Marais as well as the Superior National Forrest, many times. But it all began at Cheyenne. After dealing with the things from Camping world for 2 years and almost gave up on the idea, we called Cheyenne, picked one out. Showed up, paid and were treated like royalty. With a bottle of bubbly and a rose, we drove off into the sunset. Thank you Cheyenne.

Friendly staff and fair prices. Needed a water heater replaced on my Scamp and they did it no problem. Will be coming back for winterization each year and any accessories I need.

I had some electrical issues with my 5th wheel while moving from UT to MI. I am incredibly grateful that I encountered the Cheyenne Camping team when I did. Stranded at the world's LARGEST truck stop, traveling alone as a woman, my trailer batteries died and I had a difficult time getting help (I spoke to multiple truck stop employees and not a single one offered to even look at my issue...) until I described my predicament to Vanessa. She was considerate and kind while trying to help me troubleshoot. Nick got me in under the wire for a Saturday and Dave went above and beyond to get me on the road again, safely. They were knowledgeable, reasonable, and professional.

Mr. Flessas arrived toward the end of the day without an appointment, seeking immediate service for a motorhome fuel pump issue. Although this wasn’t a type of repair we handle, our team agreed to accept a part shipment on his behalf as a courtesy. Soon after, another individual contacted us, claiming that the motorhome had been stolen and that we should not release the part.
When Mr. Flessas returned, we requested proof of ownership of the motorhome and payment for the part. He became argumentative and disruptive. It was confirmed that the other individual had paid for the part. Given the conflicting information and behavior, we returned the part to the supplier and ended our involvement.

Absolutely best service I have had in years!
I was driving across the country from Montana to Pennsylvania and had some concerns about my axles. I stopped by and they took time out of their schedule to take a look. Everything was fixed and on my way.
Great staff and work, I would drive across the country to get my next camper from them. Seriously.

First day of our trip we noticed our water had a sour smell. We happened to be driving down Hwy 80 at the Iowa 80 truck stop and saw Cheyenne Camping Center just across the highway. We went over (on a Saturday) to see if they might have a service person available. Nick came right out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right there. 30 minutes later and we were back on the road. Could not recommend them more!!!

10 stars service!! Great people and experience. Nick did an awesome job repairing our Winnebago. He was very knowledgeable and kept us updated on the progress. Highly recommend.

We bought our grey wolf travel trailer from Cheyenne Camping Center and could not have had a greater experience! Starting with our salesman John, he was very cordial and knew everything about what we were buying and walked us through the process. Then there was Chris, Dave, and Ryan in the shop. These guys, really hustled and went over EVERYTHING in our trailer inside and out and took care of us! Great place! Purchased RV off eBay, called Todd to ask questions, and he was extremely helpful before and after the purchase. We traveled to Cheyenne Center to see our RV. Everything was as in photos. Chris gave us a great tour of the RV features to make sure everything worked. They arranged delivery for us quickly and that went well. Doug was great on delivery and offered his experience with set up and operation. It was a pleasure meeting everyone there and purchasing from them. Highly recommend this company.
