We would highly recommend Chew Valley Garden Studios as you can design the studio to your spec, Tony and team are respectful of your garden, and the finished studio is a room we can use all year around.
After receiving several quotes from different companies, we were particularly impressed by Tony’s approach and the way he immediately put us at ease throughout the entire process. Having had negative experiences with previous building projects, we were understandably nervous about undertaking further work. However, Tony took the time to clearly explain every stage of the build, including how the project would be carried out and what we could expect along the way, which gave us real confidence from the outset.
Tony was true to his word at every stage. Whenever he said he would do something, it was done, and whenever he said he would be there, he was. Both Tony and Josh consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout the project, even taking on a number of additional jobs to make things easier for us.
They were both professional, approachable, and incredibly friendly, always willing to answer questions and explain anything we needed clarification on. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
We are absolutely delighted with the finished studio and are extremely pleased that we chose Tony and Josh for the project. They made the entire experience stress-free and restored our faith in tradespeople. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We are truly delighted with our new garden gym. Tony and Josh coped with the wettest January on record and still created an exceptionally high quality building. Their attention to detail is outstanding and Tony made sure we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process to ensure he exceeded our expectations. From start to finish Tony was incredible. We ran through our ideas and thoughts and he shared his experiences and gave us loads of options for things. He allowed us to have a far more usable space than we thought possible.
Throughout the build the chaps were on time, efficient, tidy and they didn't mind one bit when I was looking round and asking questions. They couldn't do enough for us. The project started and finished on time and Tony even supported us by adding a few extras that we requested late in the day - it honestly felt like nothing was too big of an ask.
We are delighted with the end product and its obvious to everyone that sees the garden room that Tony and the team really care about what they deliver for people.

We are delighted with our garden studio. From having a rough idea of what we wanted, Tony came up with a design that ticked all the boxes. During the build the team were neat and tidy and the finished studio is top quality.
We’re delighted with our new garden office — a huge thank you to Tony for all his help and guidance throughout the whole process. We can now work from home in the comfort of a separate, dedicated space.
The skill and insulation built into the office are obvious, and nothing was ever too much trouble for Tony and his team. If anyone works from home, these guys are the ones to call.
Tony and team have provided an excellent “turn key” service for our Garden Studio. What a fantastic team! Our new garden office was built quickly and efficiently over a couple of weeks. We found the process very straightforward, they listened to what we needed and the features we wanted to be included. They gave us helpful advice throughout the process.
The finished room is a perfect fit and design for our small garden. The team were very tidy so the garden could still be used by the children on occasions while building was under way. Noise was also kept to a minimum and we hardly noticed they were there. Definitely worth it. Thanks Tony, Andy and Josh!
Tony, Josh and Andy were a pleasure to have in the garden. The team were always on time, tidy and gave us a clear timeline and notice of decisions to be made. We felt in safe hands with what is a big purchase and from first contact with Tony, who is incredibly organised and professional, to visiting a sample studio, to the final touches on site, this was a professional job with people that really care about the details.

From beginning to end Tony and Josh were fabulous. Tony was very knowledgeable when we were planning the studio, and during the build gave us guidance with regards to any changes we made. Great communication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and a pleasure to have in our garden (as was Woody the dog!) They are true craftsmen and take great pride in their work, they were both meticulous in every aspect of the construction. Every day their tools and all the materials were tidied up and the site was always left in an organised way ~ which was impressive given the size of our studio. Can’t express strongly enough how pleased we are with the finished studio and surrounding decking, and highly recommend them on every level from planning, price, build and finished product. Thank you Tony and Josh!

We could not be happier with our studio from Chew Valley Garden Studios. Other companies were reluctant to come and do a site visit; however Tony and Andy came promptly, armed with lots of information and ideas. Before we committed we had the opportunity to see a completed project in situ and ask plenty of questions. When we were ready to proceed, they just asked for £250 up front (refundable) to ‘secure our place in the queue’.
The build commenced on time and the guys were with us every day for just under a month. The site was always left spotlessly clean at the end of each working day and Tony made a point of talking us through the progress at each stage. Payments were made in 3 tranches with the final 45% reserved until after completion when we were entirely satisfied.
The quality of the construction was more akin to a timber framed house than a small garden studio, with hardly a nail in sight as everything was bolted or screwed together with care and precision. Very little was prefabricated - they build on site.
A garden studio is a big investment whatever your budget so you want to make the right choice. I would wholeheartedly recommend that you consider Chew Valley Garden Studios; these guys are professionals and are totally focused on delivering the room you want at a very high standard. Lovely blokes too!
