Very nice tree collection, well displayed, adequate help, courteous, and super organized. They can get extremely busy--so expect that. Prices are competitive. Trees are fresh and shapely. We've bought trees from Chestnut for years. It's very kid friendly with various activities. Plenty parking. Overall a pleasant experience. I often get asked about wheelchair access-- the 'farm' is a farm-like affair and is not wheelchair friendly. Great place to buy a Christmas tree!

We’ve been buying trees from another location for the past ten years but wanted to try something new this year. Chestnut Hill was a perfect change of pace offering great tree selection at fair pricing. There were several additional fun things to do with the kids to extend the outing. Will come again next year. Tree loading service and parking was also much more streamlined and convenient compared to where we have purchased from in the past.

Such a nice Christmas Trees place! They have a great selection of Christmas trees and the staff is very nice! We went there after the first week of December and compared to other places they still had a good selection and great prices! I also liked the fact that they wrap the tree in net so that it’s easier to get it in the house without making a mess. Will definitely come back here every year! Great job guys!

Thank you for your business and for your review. I think a lot of people will find it helpful and, hopefully, my answer as well.

There are several grades of trees and we work toward having mostly premium and #1 grades. Those are more expensive to develop and/or buy. Our weekly cutting also costs more than a one-off approach.

We are working to bring our input costs down while maintaining all those other elements you enjoyed about our place. All indications show that tree prices should trend down for trees 8’ and under starting next year.

There was a bonfire and s'mores for roasting over the fire, plus a good selection of well organized trees. Employees were friendly and quick to trim and load the tree on top of the car. This was our first time at this tree lot and I would recommend it.

Hands down the BEST experience my family and I have ever had getting a Christmas tree. The farm, itself, is beautiful and has myriad of wonderful activities to do. The LLC running the tree operation is top notch. An absolute seamless process and outstanding selection of trees. I’d give them six starts if I could.

Been coming here for years now. This tree lot has a great selection of any size tree that you need. The trees are North Carolina grown and look very full and fresh cut. All the staff is very helpful, nice and will try to accommodate your Christmas tree needs. From picking it out, to trimming it and loading it onto your vehicle. Totally hands free experience. If you want the best looking tree in the Charlotte area you should give them a visit.

Been getting trees from here for years. The employees are awesome, and the owner is as well. If they don't have the size tree you need all you have to do is call, and he will tell you if another load of trees is on its way.

This is a smaller farm so not as many options. They are expensive! Also no option to cut the tree yourself. Employees are nice, but I would not come back.

First of all, I am extremely disappointed to see this review. Fraser Fir will only grow above 3200’ in elevation so they are grown on our mountain farm and are brought to this location at least once per week. We display just under 300 trees on the lot. I would love to know if there is any way we could earn a higher review. Also, I would be happy to direct you to a number of farms in the mountains where you can cut your own tree.
