Bob is an excellent mortgage broker. Our situation was very complicated as we have a self employed business and wanted to do a debt consolidation. On top of that our age is above 60 years old which made it more challenging. However, after much persistence, Bob found us a lender eventually for our case even when things were looking gloomy initially. The experience and knowledge Bob has is second to none and this is invaluable. I would highly recommend Chess Mortgages to anyone looking, even if the case seems complicated as Bob will surely find a way round for your situation.

We were struggling from last few years to get into property ladder. Been with so many broker but every one let down us due to their inexperienced approach. .. and then we came across ""You know it *Bob Singh* The Mortgage Maharaja. Had face to face meeting with him, provided all the relevant information, and you know what , that no other broker succeeded it in last few years. Bob singh has done with in few days and the DIP was ready with a 15% extra loan offered by Lender what's the actual loan we needed and later on the full mortgage application has been approved with in few weeks. I'm disappointed lack of service Very bad I'm disappointed lack of service I will Not recommend to any one to submit any application for mortgage, remortgage or bridging to Chess Mortgage is Weste of time believe me. My self since end of November 2024 I was made my application almost 3 months ans 2 weeks now no one reply to me. I was provide all the requirements documents necessary like: payslips, P60, utilities Bills and mu fully credit report. Chess via Agam he send me an email confirm to give me £265.000. But till now around 3 months and 2 weeks Chess Mortgages is Not able to provide me Agreement principle to let me find the Propriety easily Also I went losses 2 offer of 2 bedroom freeold house in East Croydon because of lack of service. Yesterday I was in one of life tiktok chat with Mr Moharaja when I was explen my situation to everyone after second he was Block me Out straight that one I'm keeping said to everyone do Not going there is useless company also he can weste your time for nothing believe me guy's Thank you very much to everyone folow me again thanks Kind regards

Jas was very rude on the phone. Told me that I needed to input all these documents before giving me just a quote and can't even tell you from who. I have spoken to great mortgage brokers who gave me a quote and told me who from straight away. I have a great mortgage broker now who is FREE by the way, and they gave me a great deal. Jas rudely said this is not possible and tried interrogating me. I would avoid at all costs, if this is what they are like client facing with their first impressions. Glad I dodged a bullet. Lol, the reply below proves my point. I got an accurate quote which was correct with someone else. They checked everything through being polite and asking questions. I assume the high reviews are all AI based for this company. What a disappointment.

If other firms are giving out quotes left right and centre without first checking your documents and income they’re not quotes, merely indications , which may not be accurate . We do things in a compliant manner as per FCAdirectives. You didn’t dodge a bullet. You need a different type of broker not Chess

I wish I could give more then 5 stars for this company especially for Jaz Banipal who dealt with securing a mortgage for me and my husband. With many hurdles that kept coming our way for 1.5 years to get a mortgage she never gave up and then in the end managed to get it in 6 days once we found a property to buy! She has exceeded my expectations as a mortgage broker and we appreciate her, along with her patience and all her hard work very much . I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know .
