7 months ago Chelworth replaced 14 traditional wooden windows in our period cottage with flush casement style upvc windows. We were concerned the "new look" would not match what was replaced but I have to say from the exterior it's almost impossible to distinguish whether the windows are wood or upvc. The quality of the windows is as good if not better than other products we looked at. Steve was extremely helpful in the decision and planning stage, no pressure sales what so ever and he went out of his way to make sure we got the windows we wanted. What impressed us most was the care and thought the fitters gave when installing the windows, not a rushed job, taking their time to get it right and how the customer wants any issues were quickly sorted. You will not find a better service anywhere, from start to finish these guys are brilliant ! the after care service even 2 years after installation is second to none. I can highly recommend Chelworth. ALL the team are excellent; thank you for being there :-)

The product provided has been great. Over 25+ items installed and we have had only 2 small niggles, both of which were rectified in a timely and attentive manner. Great customer service.

They let me down badly. Wrong roof lights. More importantly I virtually project managed it. Subbies doing groundwork’s just turned up. Broke into water pipe in kitchen. Water running down kitchen floor. There was a tap outside. I had to take deliveries of ton bags of materials which had to dropped over wall with big grab. Plus other stuff arriving. It has to come through house. Wasn’t even told it was coming. No one here from Chelworth. Asked 3 times to see Kevin. Now door won’t close. Spoken to Gemma? Kevin hasn’t been and I had to go away with door actually open. Still waiting only saw Kevin and Steve once in the whole project that was when I called a meeting to get roof changed. Waited in all day a month ago and K didn’t turn up. DONT USE THEM. Berenice Williams.

Do not buy their windows which keep the heat in and the cold out. My windows were put in about 5 years ago. I bought the house from a builder. Chelworth replaced a window that had blown after 2 years. When they returned to do another we were told the contract was with the builder and not us, they did not replace it. Today 5 years later I am looking into replacing another 6 windows with another company.
Had all new windows and doors including changing a window to bifold doors in January 2022. They did an absolutely fantastic job; the fitters were friendly, efficient and took great care to keep things clean and dust free. They also checked and double checked everything to ensure it was perfect- even slamming the front door repeatedly and banging on it to make sure it was solid and secure. It took the two of them only a week to do the whole thing which included removing a section of wall.
We chose Chelworth not only because the quote was cheaper than the big companies but because there was no hard sale! Others made a big deal about our front windows having ‘blown’ but Steve from Chelworth was the only one to then advise against having dark frames as this would increase the chances of it happening again due to being south facing. He helped us to make informed decisions and made sure we understood everything. This was also reflected in the way the quote was broken down so we knew the price of each unit and what labour costs were. No other company we received a quote from was this transparent.

We have just had a Conservatory built by Chelworth Conservatories and are delighted with the extra space we have. It has given us a room which we can relax in and enjoy looking out onto our garden.
The bifold doors are great for opening out onto the patio and enjoying the sunshine and warm air to flow through, even when it rains it is a great space to enjoy.
The work was carried out to a high standard, the lads were efficent, well mannered and happy to oblige to accommodate small changes.
We would be happy to recommend Chelworth Conservatories, for providing a high quality product with very good value. Thank you to all concerned.
