Chefs for Senoirs Great experience We had a wonderful experience with Chefs for Seniors yesterday. I am tired of cooking, have difficulty deciding what to cook. My husband found Chefs for Seniors on Facebook. We scheduled with them, a wonderful chef, Dave Hadley came to our home prepared to cook up a fabulous storm of foods we chose. Not only was the food great, our experience interacting with "our" chef was fun. At long last, once again we are enjoying our food/eating experience again. Grateful.

Chef Stephen did an awesome job. He was very professional and kind, and the food was really good. He had all the tools he needed and made sure everything was cleaned up after he finished. I do recommend Chef for Seniors if you are in need of a chef.

Chefs for Seniors has really improved our day to day lives! We’ve always loved good and interesting food but, because of health issues, we aren’t able to get out as much and I’m tired of trying to cook interesting and healthy meals every night! We love our chef Jackie and we now enjoy varied and delicious meals which take us through a whole week so I don’t mind cooking during alternate weeks (we have chosen to have service every other week). I compared the cost to our ordering out when I didn’t feel like cooking and this is very reasonable. We recommend this service highly!

I’m very happy and impressed with the service I have received. Chef Marjorie is a real asset to the company. She has been able to make salt free meals that are delicious. She is very creative when it comes to using spices and lemon to make me forget the salt free aspect of the recipes! Anyone with a need for a special diet should definitely try this service.

We absolutely love Chefs for Seniors! The process is incredibly easy and convenient. You choose your meals from a huge variety of recipes — nearly 200 options, including meals for special dietary needs if needed. They shop for all the ingredients, and bring everything to your home, and prepare the meals fresh right in your kitchen. The food is honestly restaurant quality — delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. They package everything in containers that go straight into the refrigerator or freezer, and the portions are so generous that one meal easily feeds both my husband and me for dinner. Not only has this made life so much easier, but it has completely changed how we eat at home. The variety is amazing, the service is professional and dependable, and Michael and Raina are absolutely wonderful people. I highly recommend Chefs for Seniors to anyone who wants incredible meals without the stress of shopping, cooking, or cleanup. I truly don’t think I could ever go back to cooking dinner on a regular basis!

What a blessing to have a service such as this!! Chefs for Seniors is a great concept. Chef Nicky comes to our home, and makes wonderful meals for our family member with severe food allergies. We discuss the menu ahead of time everything is purchased and she uses things that I already have in the house. And she makes delectable meals that are safe from food allergens. Nicky brings her own traveling workstation with her. When she’s done preparing the meals, she packages them and labels them. She thoroughly cleans up. And before she leaves, we discuss what she will make the next time she comes in. She has a lot of knowledge for food, allergies, and knows positive and acceptable substitutions. And the amount that is charged is very reasonable for everything that you get. I would highly recommend chef Nicky And chefs for seniors!!

Chef Pete in Sarasota met with us and has been making our amazing dinners for the past 6 years. Chef Pete understands our needs and knows what we like and don’t care for. He shops, cooks and cleans. Chef Kathryn is not just a remarkable Chef, she is an incredible human being! Chef Kathryn came into my life during a time I was under a considerable amount of stress and had no time to take care of myself. I was the primary caregiver for my out-of-town aging parents as well as caring for my medically fragile husband. Chef Kathryn came into my home and prepared beautifully curated, healthy meals for my husband and me, provided companionship for me while she was cooking, and left my kitchen absolutely spotless. I no longer had the burden of planning, shopping, preparing, serving and cleaning up after meals. Chef Kathryn has a huge repertoire of recipes from which to choose, so it was always a fresh dining experience each week. However, we did settle quickly into a few favorites and repeated them often! (You must try her “Darn” good chicken enchiladas!) My husband and I have recently relocated to a continuing care retirement community where our meals are provided, so we no longer need Chef Kathryn’s services but I will cherish her friendship forever! I highly recommend her!
