Asphalt driveway crack fill and resealing.We have an old and very cracked driveway. The crew from Checkmate were meticulous in preparing the driveway and filling all the cracks before applying the seal coating the following day. They worked hard and did a great job at a reasonable price.
We had a great experience working with Kona and team. We contracted them to remove and reinstall some damaged siding, caulk seems across the entire structure, and repair/replace some soffit. Kona was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and his guys did great work. Highly recommend, and will definitely be working with them again. Thanks Kona and team!

Checkmate Property Services delivered excellent results at reasonable prices. I had multiple layers of multiple jobs completed simultaneously to a very high quality. Kona was very professional and friendly. His responses to my questions were always timely, knowledgeable and well explained. It is hard to find a company that can do such high level work with such a humble attitude. (Down right refreshing in this neighborhood!)
I have already inquired with Checkmate and Kona about getting their expert help with a few more projects on my property.
