Great experience. Our sales/design representative was knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and process. Katie provided easy to understand options and pricing. The installation team arrived promptly and completed in the anticipated timeframe. The end result looks terrific.
Fantastic experience from first contact to finished project! Alisha came for the estimate the day after I contacted the company. She explained the entire process of installation and how their product is different from normal epoxy. We had an older driveway and walkway with some cracking so epoxy wouldn’t work. We set a date but had to change it which gave us more time to move stuff out of our carport and spare storage room. The crew arrived on time the first day and ground the concrete and filled the cracks. Then they applied the bottom coating and chips after vacuuming all the dust. Next day was removal of extra chips, clear coating and touch ups and final clean up. The install crew did a great job and thorough clean up for the project. Very pleased with the price per square foot also. Also no credit card surcharge like some companies. We selected tidal wave by the way but Alisha had several color samples to choose from.

Katie was wonderful to work with, all the employees talked very highly for the company every one of them said the owner treats them as family. They had to come back to do some more work was great to contact and schedule you as soon as as they could. The price was a little higher than my other two quotes but was well worth it for the work they did and the awesome customer service. I seen other driveways by other companies I didn’t look near as good as mine.

Alisha came to our home and gave us very descriptive information about the company, the installer teams and the product. She said up front they were not the least expensive or the most expensive and she was accurate in her assessment because Checkmate's price was slightly below in the middle of the two quotes I had received. I went with Checkmate because the people that install the product are their employees not subcontracted. The floor turned out better than expected and I would recommend Checkmate to everyone wanting a great looking floor at a more than fair price!

Checkmate Coatings was outstanding from start to finish. Katie was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The pricing was very fair compared to their competition and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The crew did a very good job and left our garages in great shape. They were also very polite and courteous. The customer service was exceptional. I had a fridge that had to be moved in after the floors dried and I did not have access to a dolly. They returned at a later date to move it for me. I highly recommend this company.

Checkmate refinished my 3 car garage floors this past week. I originally sealed the floors 15 years ago using Home Depot epoxy paint, but they had become terribly chipped and looked awful. I also priced Shark, but that price was ridiculously higher. The Checkmate price was pretty reasonable and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Came on time, did it in a day, and the floors look amazing. I was especially impressed with the thoroughness of the concrete grinding and general attention to detail. They were highly competent and cleaned up well afterwards. I highly recommend Checkmate.

Wow!! What a difference Apoxy coating made to our garage. It has been upgraded from average to excellent! We vetted 3 other companies prior to choosing Checkmate. My very energetic sales lady "Alisha" was so knowledgeable, pleasant and patience. She is really the bomb.com. So far the crew: Quinton/Alex did an amazing job. It is so beautiful. We had our building floor done by one of their competitors after two tries. It still wasn’t satisfactory. I called checkmate came out and discussed it with me. They were so professional and helpful. We were way behind on this project and they managed to get it done in two days. Customer service unbelievable I highly recommend them..
