Excellent, professional and reliable service My family and I have been clients of Sunny and his team for almost 9 years now, mainly for transfers to and from Melbourne airport. From booking the driver to regular text updates minutes before pick up, to helping with our luggage, Melbourne Chauffeur Link provides a convenient and prompt service here in Victoria Australia. The drivers have luxury European cars- clean, safe and spacious. Great value for money. On a recent trip to Sydney I booked through Sunny as he has a network of drivers there too. Excellent, reliable and professional as always! Highly recommend this company, especially for airport drop offs and pickups.

Easy and prompt communication through the entire booking process. Great service, nice clean premium vehicles; we were going to a wedding in Mt. tambourine and pick up drop off times were out of the norm. Pricing was competitive. My husband isn’t well, so when we wanted to return to Brisbane earlier, it wasn’t a problem, flexible with changes. Great service would use again.

Always a great start to our holidays Our family always use Chauffeur Link for all our return trips to Tullamarine Airport at least twice/three times a year for the past 3 years. The cars are always clean and comfortable which is great when the trip is over an hour! Drivers are always friendly and helpful with all the luggage. Great experience and ease of getting to and from the airport from a country location I have used CLM a number of times to and from Tullamarine to regional Victoria western district and Sunny and his team are send a text message prior to arrival and drivers are always professional, courteous and helpful. It takes the time and stress out of navigating traffic and is cost effective when taking into account petrol and parking. Keep us the great service.

We used Chauffeur Link Melbourne for transport for Bridal party from Melbourne CBD to Warrandyte South. Our driver Waqas was on time, friendly and went above and beyond allowing us to wait in the car for a few minutes as we were a little early and didn’t want any guests to see the bride. The Mercedes Van itself was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend Chauffeur Link Melbourne.

Booked an Airport Transfers with a meet and greet after a long-haul flight. No meet and greet, 4 phone calls and 40 minutes later we find our so called "reliability, efficiency, and a touch of luxury" transfer a subcontracted filthy Uber. Most disappointing experience. Not recommended.
