I would like to share my experience with Chauf-fur Pet Taxi, hands down they were absolutely supportive. Butkus(my German Shepherd), he is 14, ofcourse difficulty with walking at this age is normal but the way he was carried to the car 🚗 ♥️ both Arun and Ashique made sure that he was comfortably settled, they drove at an easy pace, the Car was very spacious, flat surface , very very helpful for senior pets.
Even the customer support is super efficient in responding.

My cat Oliver was sick so with the lack of transportation I ordered chauffeur to take him for emergency to the clinic this was on 17 september ‘24 to the clinic, 1 month 30 october ‘24 he was diagnosed with ringworms and he didnt go again in other pet taxi during that month to any place, then 2 other cats of mine got ringworms too from Oliver at the same time, this pet taxi doesnt clean their cars after each ride and this is what happened after that im not just treating 1 cat but 3 from this issue my vet bill went up to 10k just from ringworm, and now 3 months later I am still treating 1 cat and all from their irreponsibility im never using this company again especially when you get a huge vet bill presented to you , this company owes me 10k seriously careless and if you dont give me my right ill take this take this to court I have all the papers and bills required to present to court. second stupid incident with company never again I should have sued you the first time when I almost died

Really quick and comfortable service - same day ride was organised very easily, the driver arrived just in time helping me and my cat to get to and from the vet. A bit pricey though, but the service itself was just great. Thank you Chauf-fur, will be coming back for sure!

I was in a rush to take my cat to the vet and called Chauf-fur Pet. Their response was immediate and the driver, Nakul was AMAZING. He took us to the vet, waited patiently and then brought us back home. As a cat is part of the family (I am sure we all agree) she was very comfortable in the car, which was spotless. If I can give them 30 stars, I would certainly do it!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Chauf-Fur Pet Taxi & Relocation. From the very beginning, I felt completely safe and well taken care of, both for myself and my dog.
Our driver, Basan, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, especially with all my questions about pets and how things work for dogs in Dubai. You can genuinely feel how much love and care he has for animals, and that immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.
