I was in a rush to take my cat to the vet and called Chauf-fur Pet. Their response was immediate and the driver, Nakul was AMAZING. He took us to the vet, waited patiently and then brought us back home. As a cat is part of the family (I am sure we all agree) she was very comfortable in the car, which was spotless. If I can give them 30 stars, I would certainly do it!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Chauf-Fur Pet Taxi & Relocation. From the very beginning, I felt completely safe and well taken care of, both for myself and my dog. Our driver, Basan, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, especially with all my questions about pets and how things work for dogs in Dubai. You can genuinely feel how much love and care he has for animals, and that immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. My dog felt calm the entire time, and that alone says everything. The service was smooth, reliable, and honestly exceeded all my expectations. I can highly recommend Chauf-Fur to anyone who wants their pet to be transported with real love, respect, and professionalism. Thank you so much for making this experience so easy for us! ❤️🐾

I literally cannot recommend this service enough! So polite and friendly. Very quick response and so easy to use! We had some unexpected stressful issues where we needed to transport our dogs from air BnB to air BnB so lots of luggage too which was no trouble! We also used them for airport transfer. Very happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. The drivers are incredibly helpful. Great price, highly highly recommend!

On two separate occasions, we had emergencies with our dogs peanut and alfie and urgently needed to get to the vet, they were the only company willing to help, even though they were fully booked. Their empathy, professionalism, and genuine care for the dogs truly stand out. Yesterday, our driver Prem went above and beyond. He picked us up right away and drove as quickly and safely as possible through heavy traffic to make sure we reached the vet in time. He was so kind, calm, and understanding, exactly what we needed in such a stressful moment. You can really tell this company cares about the animals, not just the business. Their compassion and reliability have earned our full trust. From now on, we’ll only be using Chauf-Fur Pet Taxi. I Highly, highly recommend them to all pet parents in Dubai

Just fabulous. The most "Dubai" experience for pets - individual pet taxis. Easy to book. Great customer service. Similar price to a human taxi. Overall a really great business.
