My experience with Chattanooga Exteriors was professional, educational and will highly recommend them to anyone I know needing the same services. I was able to get my siding replaced and it looks exactly like what my design consultant laid out for me. Chris Ford and his production team led by Tyler exceeded my expectations by far. Well worth the money and if/when I sell, I know that the return on investment will make it all worth it.

Explained step by step everything they would be doing, kept constant contact with follow ups to make sure it was done right and make sure I was happy with everything. Replaced wood deck and screened porch. Now is care free and the door to screen porch works. Was not installed well with the original porch. Very sturdy and clean. Was expensive but excellent job. Thanks to Chris, Nate and Tyo. Great job.

I requested an estimate to replace the siding on my twin dormers as well as the entire house. The response was prompt and Chris arrived a couple days later to review my project.
He used a 3-D modeling program to determine the size of the area to be covered in Hardy board as well as possible repairs to some structural areas that may have water or insect damage.
Chris described the methods of construction they would use and the quality and design of the new siding and trim. I was impressed by his knowledge of construction techniques. He was open about possible added work if more structural damage was exposed than expected.
The color selections for the pre-painted Hardy board were extensive and the 3-D model was easily able to display several options for color, texture, and type of vertical and horizontal siding.
Chris followed up his visit the following day with estimates to complete the job. Unfortunately, the costs far exceeded my budget plans and we were unable to agree on a path forward. Thus the 4 star rating for the overall experience.
In the event of a new build or major insurance claim on my home, I would strongly consider using Chattanooga Exteriors for that project. But I will have to seek lower cost alternatives to repair my dormers, and re-stain and seal my existing siding.
Thanks for the prompt response to my request for an estimate as I am now better prepared to get the needed short term repairs completed in a timely matter.
