After getting a few quotes from various different company’s for a log burner, we decided to go with Chatsworth Fireplace. The 1st impressions of the shop staff was very relaxed and polite and not too pushy. We arranged for a survey and quote and Charlie came out to us. Charlie was very professional and showed us lots of different options we could have, we was very impressed. The fitters turned up at 9am as promised and even stayed late to get the job complete. Very happy with the work and just in general how the whole business operated from start to finish. Thanks lads.

We absolutely love our new fire. From initial contact to the actual fitting was a pleasure. Great communication from both Scott and Charlie. As a very worried kind of customer they really put my mind to ease. Then Luke and Josh was superb. Very clean in their work and tidy. I would highly recommend these guys. Great company.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience of this local firm. Although selecting our electric fire was handled well, regrettably paying upfront was not a wise decision. Initially we had to chase up the fire's delivery to the shop. We were then let down on three occasions in their 'guaranteed ' installation date. They did not inform us they would not be able to deliver, instead we had to contact them to discover this information! As of today 14 May we are still waiting! Had we not been retired, we would possibly have had to take several hours annual leave. The attitude of the firm has at best been complacent , leaving us angry and frustrated. I cannot recommend that you do business with them

We absolutely love our fire 🔥 — it’s made a massive difference! Rather than looking like it’s been squeezed into a corner, it genuinely looks like it belongs there and really suits the space. Our conservatory has always been a lovely, bright room, but it was often just a little too chilly to truly relax in. Since installing the fire, that’s completely changed. Chatsworth Fireplace and Stove Centre were really helpful and a great team of hard workers. It was a tricky space and shape to work with, but they’ve created a lovely focal point for the room — both stylish and practical. Thank you so much! ☺️

Just had my stove installed last week and it's absolutely amazing. Kitchen was so cold and now it's practically on fire. It's so lovely and warm. Great communication from Charlie who came and gave us the quote and then fab installation by Luke and his colleague on an extremely cold day. Felt very sorry for them. Fab job all round. Highly recommend and hopefully one day I'll be back to get the living room stove put in. THANKYOU

From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to deal with. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard. The fitters were tidy, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They explained everything along the way and made sure I was comfortable with how to use the stove before they left. As the next ‘stage’ in renovation of the downstairs of our house. Chatsworth Fireplace and Stove Centre have fitted a Heta Inspire 45 Dual fuel stove for us. Very good service from start to finish . Sound advice on the options available from Charlie. Luke , Connor and Josh have done an EXCELLENT job fitting it for us . The job paused halfway through as it became apparent we needed the chimney sweeping, after the old gas liner was removed. Luke arranged for John from Sweeps to call the same day , so the job could be completed the following morning. Apologies to the next customer for the delay this caused.

I had been in touch with Scott asking about their range of electric fires as the showroom is a fair distance from me. Scott sent me some pictures and a video of the fire i chose. I then visited the showroom to actually see the fire before placing my order. The staff were friendly and even offered me a coffee as I had travelled early morning. The whole process was easy and Scott was particularly reassuring and checked to make sure the fire was in stock before I left. A great team which I would highly recommend.
