From our 1st consultation with Charlie and follow up info from Scot at the showroom and all the Facebook questions I asked, big thank you to Luke & Josh the installers absolutely amazing craftsmanship thought and to John the skilled plasterer.
They created my dream into a reality.

We absolutely love our fire š„ ā itās made a massive difference! Rather than looking like itās been squeezed into a corner, it genuinely looks like it belongs there and really suits the space.
Our conservatory has always been a lovely, bright room, but it was often just a little too chilly to truly relax in. Since installing the fire, thatās completely changed.
Chatsworth Fireplace and Stove Centre were really helpful and a great team of hard workers. It was a tricky space and shape to work with, but theyāve created a lovely focal point for the room ā both stylish and practical.

Just had my stove installed last week and it's absolutely amazing. Kitchen was so cold and now it's practically on fire. It's so lovely and warm.
Great communication from Charlie who came and gave us the quote and then fab installation by Luke and his colleague on an extremely cold day. Felt very sorry for them.
Fab job all round. Highly recommend and hopefully one day I'll be back to get the living room stove put in.

I recently had a log burner installed by Chatsworth Fireplace and Stove Centre, and I couldnāt be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to deal with.
The installation itself was completed to a very high standard. The fitters were tidy, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They explained everything along the way and made sure I was comfortable with how to use the stove before they left.

Absolutely no bother from these guys came and did a survey then did an amazing job in 1 day!! Iāve had the fire a year now and itās still like new and I use it a lot!! Keep recommending these guys to all my friends !

As the next āstageā in renovation of the downstairs of our house. Chatsworth Fireplace and Stove Centre have fitted a Heta Inspire 45 Dual fuel stove for us.
Very good service from start to finish . Sound advice on the options available from Charlie.
Luke , Connor and Josh have done an EXCELLENT job fitting it for us .
The job paused halfway through as it became apparent we needed the chimney sweeping, after the old gas liner was removed.
Luke arranged for John from Sweeps to call the same day , so the job could be completed the following morning.
Apologies to the next customer for the delay this caused.
I had been in touch with Scott asking about their range of electric fires as the showroom is a fair distance from me. Scott sent me some pictures and a video of the fire i chose. I then visited the showroom to actually see the fire before placing my order. The staff were friendly and even offered me a coffee as I had travelled early morning. The whole process was easy and Scott was particularly reassuring and checked to make sure the fire was in stock before I left. A great team which I would highly recommend.

At the weekend I had a fire surround and electric fire fitted. I am 100% loving it. Scott has been brilliant all the way through and even registered my guarantee for me. Iām not very technical so any support I can get is most welcome.

We recently had a wood-burning stove installed by The Chatsworth Fireplace and Stove Company and are very pleased with the end result. Luke and his colleague so carried out the work were extremely polite and carried out a cracking job. The plasterer also did a superb job, leaving us with a lovely finish.
The cost did end up being a little higher than we first anticipated, mainly due to some unexpected issues with our chimney and the extra plastering required. In hindsight, we probably should have asked more questions about possible additional charges.
That said, the team handled everything professionally, and the final result is a beautiful new fireplace that we are absolutely thrilled with.
Excellent service in the shop, nothing was too much trouble. Charlie came out to see what was required and helped us choose the right fire for us.....Thank you.
