Great Service. A trustworthy privately owned local business. Highly recommend Very happy to recommend Lee Chasles (Chasles Plumbing) on both professional and personal grounds. We came across Lee a couple of years ago and thankful that we did. This week's 'emergency' was a water heater replacement. Despite a busy week he worked us in remarkably quickly and got us back on track with the right fix, on time, at price quoted and left zero mess for us to deal with. Lee is also very willing (if you're interested) to explain what's been done and give a tip or two about what your might try yourself in certain minor instances before reaching for the phone. Never want plumbing problems but they do arise; we're glad we know who to call

Great experience. I called about a specific date and was booked without issue. Staff arrived on time and finished work quickly with no issues. So glad I called a professional in for the work. He also saved me money on a leaky faucet with his advice to call about a replacement part from the company of the faucet. They sent me a new cartridge and he installed in minutes. Will recommend 100%. Thanks again!

I have roots in my drains Lee came and snake them out. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the roots were taken care of. Not once they try to upsell anything on me. He was very up front, and very knowledgeable on what he's doing. I'll definitely be calling Lee for any future plumbing problems I have. Do yourself a favor Save your money from the big companies give Lee a call and get it done right the first time.

We called Chasles Plumbing after reading the great reviews they have received. We had a collapsed sewer line and a water line that needed to be replaced. Three other plumbers gave us quotes with each plumber wanting to do things differently . The quotes from these plumbers ranged from $7,700.00 to $24,000.00 leaving us totally confused. Lee came to our home, looked at the problem, told us how he would fix it and gave us an approximate cost. We asked for a written estimate which was provided quickly and we arranged with Lee to do the work. Lee and two other men came to do the job. All of these men were very pleasant and very professional. The job was done as if they were working on their own home and the price to do the job was very reasonable. We are so grateful for the professionalism of Lee and his team and we would highly recommend them!!

We've called Lee many times over the years. He's done everything here from snaking clogged drains or replacing leaking pipes to installing new piping in the renovation. Lee is great and the first one you should call. Take it from me, we've called other plumbs once or twice. Then had to call Lee right after because the problem wasn't fixed. I'd leave more stars if Google let me!!!!

Lee came to deal with a clogged drain and showed me what I could do to resolve the issue. Then he noticed calcium residue on the faucet - not something I noticed - and diagnosed a problem with my water softener. Overall, excellent service and I've switched my water softener to him to be re-installed and serviced.

We've had Lee in to do two major updates to our home's original 70-year old deteriorated stack and severely corroded copper piping, plus to install the correct sized water softener that should have been installed in the first place. The work he does is tight and efficient and his planning and problem solving skills left us impressed. He's very knowledgeable about any questions we had and current in the field and we never felt any pressure to expand the project. Michelle in the office is quick to reply to emails and phone calls. Would recommend if you've got the money to do it right the first time. Thank you!
