I was greeted by a friendly nurse that explained the entire process to me. She deadened the spot where the mole was removed. The doctor came in & also explained the procedure. I asked several questions that she explained about further testing. The entire experience was very professional, but relaxed. The room where the procedure performed was very clean & comfortable.

Have been seeing Dr. McLean at Charlotte Laser & Skin for an bi-annual skin check for about 2 years. Can’t say enough about the care and professionalism of the entire staff. I always feel like they care about your concerns and never rush through your exam. We recently moved to the coast but that did not keep me from driving back for my appointment. Highly recommend.

Dr McClean is really great!! Every time I have an appointment with her I have found her to be patient, actively listens and resolves my issues. I always learn something that is helpful to me in caring for my skin.

I recently had an appointment at Charlotte Skin & Laser. After the assistant verified some preliminary information, the doctor entered the examination room. She introduced herself and that she would be taking care of me. I explained the purpose of my visit. She examined me and suggested treatment. She was very professional and skilled in her treatment of me. She also explained one of my concerns and suggested treatment for it. I have been coming to Charlotte Skin & Laser for 23 years and have never been disappointed. The care I have received from Dr. McLean and the PA has been nothing short of very positive. The office environment is very calming. I would definitely recommend their services.
