I’ve been so impressed with my interactions with Charlotte Backyard Pools. TJ and his team helped to solve an existing issue with my current fountain and added a touch of flair and elegance that has made my plain water fountain into a wonderful water feature that I regularly receive compliments on! We had an abandoned, broken down concrete pond in our backyard when we purchased our home. TJ took it down to virgin soil and transformed this eyesore into a beautiful 'mountain' stream with waterfalls and a pond below. Our little slice of Colorado is now the centerpiece of the back yard and is especially beautiful at night when the lights come on. We love our pond and our grandchildren love our pond as well. TJ and his crew worked exceptionally hard to make this happen. They made it a priority and were on site every day until the job was finished. And they've been there to maintain it for us ever since. He has the vision, the experience and the work ethic that is so hard to find among contractors these days, and he's one of the good guys to boot. We would recommend Charlotte Backyard Ponds to anyone. They will do the job right.

TJ did a great job repairing a broken drain cover on my Koi pond! He endured some cold water to get it done and was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any future needs.

We called Charlotte Backyard Ponds two years ago because we were interested in upgrading our backyard with natural stone hardscaping and potentially a water feature. We had ideas, but no real vision. TJ came and walked the property. He had great ideas and gave us a prompt quote. We completed the project in two phases. As the pictures show, TJ and his professional crew transformed our backyard into an oasis that we will enjoy for many years to come. The project was on budget and was completed in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any friends and family looking for a beautiful upgrade to their home.

Amazing experience with TJ and his crew at Charlotte Backyard Ponds! They rebuilt our stream and did a thorough cleanout of our two-tiered pond which was overgrown with lilies and irises. I cannot say enough about the exceptional results, so I'll let the photos speak for themselves. It was such a pleasure to work with TJ; he is highly knowledgeable, listens to his clients, has a great design aesthetic, cares about the fish and overall is a nice, pleasant person! I bought a home two years ago with a large four tier pond and reached out to TJ for help with maintenance and repairs. Wow! My best pond company experience in 15 years. From initial contact to project completion, TJ and his team got my pond leak fixed quickly and performed a beautiful cleanout. Communication and problem solving were outstanding, and it was obvious how much they enjoy what they do. They diligently looked for and saved the salamanders and snails, and left me more knowledable about pond care and maintenance. Thanks TJ!

I can’t say enough good things about TJ and the crew at Charlotte Backyard Ponds! He renovated our pond and made it more beautiful than I ever thought possible. He improved the filtration, added a second waterfall and landscaped around it to make it fit seamlessly in with the surroundings. He really knows what he’s doing.
And then there is the maintenance package, which I didn’t think I needed, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I love how my pond looks now year-round. No more murky water. No more algae blooms. I don’t know how we ever did without his quarterly maintenance program.
And he’s just an all-around nice guy that you will love doing business with.

Best Pond Contractor one could hope to find...I've tried a few through the years. T.J. is very knowledgeable about ponds and what it takes to make and keep it a healthy place for plants and fish. We could not be happier with the quality of work they do. A big plus, they are also really nice people to work with.
