I didnt know what to expect as this was the first time I had a vehicle Ceramic coated and it was pretty scratched. They did a great job removing every scratch and really made my truck shine better then it did the day I purchased it

Did good work, I got a response on price estimate no more than 10 minutes after submitting a request. We discussed the different options on a Sunday night beyond operating hours and answered all my questions, I recommend.

This was my second time utilizing the dent removal service of Charlotte Auto Spa. Not only is it paintless, it's also painless. This time, I had a 6in long crease on the rear quarter panel close to the wheel well and difficult to reach. Denny and his team worked their magic and could access the area through the trunk. The dent was completely removed without any visible trace. Like it never happened. I highly recommend Charlotte Auto Spa for all of their services. Their quality and care is outstanding.

The tint work they did on my car was phenomenal. You can tell it's done by people who's primary focus is doing it well.
The staff was amazing! From Jackie in the front to Denny and the team in the back. It's refreshing whenever I do business with people who take pride in servicing their customers. And when that translates to quality work it can feel like you got away with something.

I had priced around a number of different options and for the top tier coding Charlotte Auto Spa was right in line with everyone else. Their location in Fort Mill was very convenient for me, and the service that I received was nothing short of excellent. Jimmy was very capable and explaining all of the details of the process to me, we were able to arrange a time for me to bring it in, and when I found a small detail that I wanted corrected, Charlotte Auto Spa had it fixed within 30 minutes.

This is our third vehicle I’ve had done and I love my windows. My ceramic windows are great. I have it in my RV had in my old RV we like ceramic windows!

Denny and his team are first class and I would recommend using this group for your auto needs. I had my corvettes annual ceramic coated and PPF applied to the front and it looks amazing. If you want quality Denny and his team is the group to use as their attention to detail is spot on. You know my car looked great when my seven year old grandson stopped what he was doing and said it looked like a new car. Remember price is what you pay and value is what you receive.

I took my Jaguar F-Type to Charlotte Auto Spa yesterday for a refresh of their ceramic coating. My technician (I'm pretty sure his name was Scott) did a magnificent job and my car looks like it just came off the showroom! Ceramic coating is not smoke and mirrors - trust me when I say it really works! Highly recommended.

I recently bought a new vehicle. The window tinting was a random tint not consistent with what was promised by the dealership. As I did last time I needed professional installers using high end warrantied materials I went to Charlotte Auto Spa. The results were perfect as always and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Jimmy takes quality very seriously. I highly recommend.
