I called Charlie out for an emergency plumbing issue and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. He arrived quickly, was friendly, reassuring, tidy and got straight to work diagnosing the problem. Everything was fixed efficiently and to a really high standard. Charlie clearly knows his trade inside out and takes real pride in his work. Fair pricing, reliable, and genuinely helpful — exactly what you want when you’re in a panic with a leak! We contacted Charlie as we found out our upstairs toilet was leaking. A very quick response also asking for photos to determine about the job. Made an appt with us to come and have a look & quoted everything up. Once we agreed he was constantly sending updates on timings he would arrive & what was wrong with the toilet. Very pleased and couldn’t have asked for anyone more professional. Thank you so much for fixing our toilet we would deffo use Charlie again if we needed anything & would recommend to anyone!

Not a major issue but we had a non flushing toilet cistern (totally broken syphon). I contacted Charlie and same day he provided a quote with a detailed breakdown of what was needed and any potential unseen issues. This was in comparison to several other local plumbers I tried who just offered a vague "this is my hourly rate and possibly this is the cost of parts" which does not fill you with confidence that the price won't go up once on site. I would not hesitate to use Charlie for future work or recommend him to anyone.
