Jessica is a trainee here and she cuts and colours my hair. She is supporting by Amy and the other fully qualified staff. They work as a team and listen to what i want to achieve, advising and understanding the look im going for. Jessica is very professional as are all the others. Cant recommend them enough. Love my cut and colour today thank you all.
As usual Michaela has done a superb wash and blow dry. I really look forward to my fortnightly visits. Michaela and the team are so welcoming and makes your visit enjoyable.

Couldn’t recommend Lauren more highly. She’s been such a calm and patient influence on my autistic daughter who has social communication challenges and as a result is selective non verbal. Lauren has been cutting her hair for a year now and each appointment my daughter’s willingness to communicate is improving because Lauren makes her feel safe and remembers her special interests.
It’s been life changing for my daughter so thank you for making her appointments something she genuinely looks forwards to instead of dreading 🙏

I really enjoyed the experience today and was offered a drink which was served very elegantly with a biscuit. Lauren is a great hairdresser and friendly and made my visit relaxing and extremely pleasant. Thank you.

Had my hair done here last May, asked for subtle highlights which i got done the year before and were lovely, this time i had a different hairstylist who did a consultation with me where me and my mum showed pictures of what i wanted alongside us explaining not too harsh or blonde. I wanted subtle streaks the same as the time i got them done before. He didn’t use bleach and high lifted my hair instead which is different to what the hairstylist i had previously done, she used bleach. This turned my hair orange and i wish i was joking. This lovely manager of the hair salon took over and fixed it for me. Whilst this was great service, about a month later my hair was turning orange again. Ever since my confidence has been much lower and i am extremely disappointed with my experience. I am now stuck trying to grow out my orange hair to get my natural colour back. Whoever this stylist is, i hope they feel great about what they left me with.
Lovely to sit again in Issy’s chair. Love her friendly manner and fab cutting styling skills. Left with a spring in my step!
