⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Esta es la primera vez que escribo una reseña, pero en esta ocasión realmente lo amerita. Suelo ser una persona tímida y, estando en otro país y con un idioma diferente, aún más. Sin embargo, aquí me han hecho sentir como en ningún otro lugar: me siento verdaderamente bienvenido. Me gustó mucho el trato de todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta el médico que me atiende. Todos son muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, aclarando cada duda y haciendo que uno se sienta cómodo desde el primer momento. Quiero destacar especialmente al Dr. Bechtel, quien desde el inicio me transmitió confianza y profesionalismo. Gracias a su atención y al tratamiento, los resultados han sido increíbles. Llegué con un dolor fuerte de espalda; no podía levantar cosas y estaba preocupado de que fuera algo que me perjudicara permanentemente. Pero desde la primera semana de tratamiento sentí el cambio. Ahora puedo levantar cosas en el trabajo, dormir bien y llevar mi día a día sin dolor. Estoy muy agradecido y recomiendo este lugar totalmente.

Had my first red light treatment 12/15 . First time in 4 yrs I have slept thru the night. I woke up at 3:59 1 min before my alarm clock was set to go off . Feeling great no muscle pain . Can’t wait for my next treatment. Huge thank you to the Team at Charleston Pain Relief Center .

I have bone on bone arthritis in my left ankle. I went to Chas Pain Relief Center for prolozone therapy injection into the ankle joint. Thankfully, I experienced about six weeks of pain relief. I then decide to go for a longer lasting treatment of stem cell therapy, which will hopefully rebuild the ankle joint. I had the first part of the treatment..an injection of A2M (which cleans up debris in the joint) five days ago. The staff explained it would help reduce the ankle pain in about four days and that is exactly what happened! After four days my ankle was pain free and I will have the stem cells injected in six weeks and will report back on the results. I have appreciated the thorough explanation their staff gives prior to the procedures and the caring follow up calls. They are realistic about what to expect and so far their treatments have delivered!

I’ve been going to CPRC for years and it keeps getting better. I love the staff, who welcome you and take care of you as soon as you enter. The chiropractors are all amazing. I’ve been seeing Dr. Renato regularly and can’t say enough about his patient care. He is very experienced and I always leave with more knowledge about how my body works, how to take care of it, and feeling better. He can feel if I’ve been having headaches, without me ever mentioning them.

$180 charge to manage pain!!???? That's in addition to what Medicare and Medicaid pay. Ridiculous. Do not let them put a pain pump in because there is no where in the area to get it refilled. Bad business.

Wow... We understand why you would be upset, but you have found the wrong clinic. Based off the procedure you are referring to, you are probably trying to leave a review for Pain Specialist of Charleston. We DO NOT do pain pumps in our clinic. We focus on new technology to address pain at it's source, rather than covering it up with pain pills, pumps or steroid injections.

In the past 8 days I have been to my chiropractor 2x, physical therapist, 2 deep tissue massages and urgent care with no relief from a trapped nerve in a disk. I called Charleston pain relief last evening and they were able to get me in first thing this am. Everyone I met was so helpful friendly and compassionate. Abby helped come up with a game plan for my pains and I was able to get treatment a few minutes later. I’m so happy I went bc they were able to give me options my regulars healers don’t use. I’m not completely out of pain yet but I am very positive that I will be feeling better by the end of the day. The whole place was very upbeat and the staff all seemed to really enjoy working there. It cost me less than the urgent care visit cost and I got so much more of what I was looking for. I’m hoping my pain is gone for now but if I ever get in that situation again they will be the first ppl I call and I will for sure recommend them to anyone I come across who needs pain management. Thank yall!

This truly is a special place. After five years of trying different treatments and seeing various specialists for long COVID, I began researching EBOO therapy. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Tharnish on Instagram shortly thereafter. After an initial consultation to determine whether I was a good candidate for their EBOO program, I felt like it was a perfect fit on my car ride home and decided to move forward with it. Dr. Tharnish, NP Kayla, Steve, and the other nurses who helped me during my EBOO treatment program over the course of a few months were nothing short of amazing. They treated me like family, never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed, accommodated each of my needs (I can’t stand the sight of blood!), continually checked on how I was feeling pre- and post-treatment, and were flexible with appointment times and payment plans. I have traveled to Boston, New Orleans, and Philadelphia for different treatments and have never felt so genuinely and professionally cared for as I did with Dr. Tharnish and her team. I highly, highly recommend the Charleston Pain Relief Center. They truly treat you like one of their own—something that is rare to find these days.

Alex, if there is ever a referral it's him. He really listens and after four visits he was amazing. Today fifth visit I was in pain he asked if did anything different. When I said no, he switched up my adjustment I knew he was the right one. He asks your comfortable with pressure and makes sure you feel better before leaving. He is the first one for me that has ever listened to the patient. Thank you Joint for hiring him.
