Matt and his team are the best. We purchased our first and only cart with them in 2021 and it was the best decision we could have made. They personally recommended what cart to get and have been 100% responsive to questions and issues we had had since then. I have been in a bind (or two 🙃) before due to user error (me not charging my cart) and Matt dropped everything to show up to wherever I was and help me. I’ve had friends comment how impressed they were that they come out and do that. Lifesavers for sure. We love our Epic Cart and could not recommend this place enough!!

More a dealer of specific brand carts than a custom cart shop as their name states. I stopped by to ask if they sold brakes for my Tomberlin golf cart, or if they could order them. The lady I met was nice but stated they only work on golf carts they sell (assume this to mean brands they are a dealer for), and would only order parts for carts they sell. Charleston Custom Carts own website states: "If it involves a golf cart, we can do it and we probably already have. Something on your current cart broke? No problem, we can order any original or aftermarket parts to fix anything you might be having issues with." Their website, like their name, isn't accurate. Other places I've been just order what they need and fix my cart. This dealer should change their name and update their website to be clear they offer limited service to only the carts they sell to inform people they will not work on an any other brand.

My husband and I had been shopping around for golf carts for sometime. We went to Charleston Custom Carts and felt right at ease. They have amazing carts and are so knowledgeable on everything. Their prices were extremely fair and the level of customer service was great. We bought a cart that day. I highly recommend them!
Matt and Marcus are AMAZING! This was my 2nd time dealing with Charleston Custom Carts. They were so helpful in getting me into the golf cart we wanted while navigating me through a complicated trade in. Not only did they upgrade many options, Matt took the time to drive to my house to swap out a small tear in our new seats. Very impressed with their service and overall performance.
