The day of the procedure, Dr. Charles and his team put me at ease. I could tell the team had worked together for many years as they had great camaraderie and created a lighthearted but focused atmosphere that relaxed me throughout the procedure. For those concerned about pain - there was minimal pain from a handful local anesthesia shots early on which were quick. I took a couple ibuprofen as advised after the procedure when I got home and didn’t experience any pain that night or the following day following the instructions and helpful tips provided to me. Everyone will have a different tolerance for pain but the entire team was focused on my comfort throughout the duration of the procedure. Dr. Charles was kind enough to come in the following day (a holiday) to was the hair and inspect areas 24-hours post-op.
Ultimately the success of the procedure won’t be known for a while - but I’m confident it will turn out as hoped. Based on my experience to date - I’d unequivocally recommend Dr. Charles and his team.

From Orlando to Boca… 2012 and again in 2025!
I am a 66-year-old man living in Orlando, and back in 2012 I began looking into hair transplant procedures to address my thinning hair.
