I bought a table which when delivered was slightly different from viewed due to its marble/ceramic top.
Chaplins could not have been more helpful. They changed the top with no fuss and the new one is beautiful.
Very impressed with the service and with the quality of their furniture.

First class on every level! From the initial enquiry to the white-glove delivery, I could not have asked for any more. The price of the Eames chair was 20% cheaper than anywhere else online, and the customer service provided throughout was exceptional. I will definitely be using Chaplins for all future furniture purchases!

Chaplins is by far the most impressive place to go for some of the most beautiful furniture, the team are amazing - all of them so helpful, kind and understanding. Normally don't really enjoy buying anything online, but the customer service makes it feel very personal. Never usually leave reviews but couldn't recommend Chaplins enough, there are a few gems in the world and this is one of them.
