The crew at Chaos always greets me with a smile and welcoming hugs and handshakes! They built our truck, The Admiral and do regular repairs and maintenance chores as well. They have a wide reaching wealth if knowledge and experience and prove it every time I visit or attend an event with them.

The team at Chaos are true professionals! Stephanie Herron was assigned to oversee the major repair work done to my 1965 Chevy C10 vehicle. Stephanie provided excellent technical expertise and excellent customer service! Stephanie always kept me informed of all the work Chaos performed and always provided recommendations. Stephanie kept me updated on my C10 engine rebuild the resolving the recent oil leak issues. As always, a special thanks to Stephanie Herron and the amazing team at Chaos!! You’re the best Chaos!! The team at Chaos are true professionals. Chaos rebuilt and installed my 472 Cadillac engine and also installed a new customized AC compressor into my 65 C10. The customized compressor looks absolutely amazing! I look forward to using it next summer (2026). Thank you so much Cory for your professionalism, technical expertise and recommendations!!

Went to Chaos with a broken exhaust pipe on my Harley Davidson Tri Glide. They worked me in and repaired it in a short time and I was back on the road. When I returned home I had my HD service department check it and they said it was great welding.

Engine was running poorly on a recent long distance trip. CHAOS team recommended a tune-up. Plugs and coils replaced in a couple of hours. Friendly and professional team.

So I had the worst experience with this shop. Being prior Army and after speaking with the owner, who was also prior Army and stationed in Germany at the same time I was, I would have thought my build would have been handled better but I was very let down. Let’s put it this way, if I had had $5,000 left to pay my lawyer we would have been going for $40,000 from Chaos. 1- the service manager was left to handle the entire shop while the owner was out of town and while he tried his best the company fell short. 2- all they heard from our talk was that I delivered firewood in the winter, not that I wanted something safe to have my kids in the truck with me daily. 3- I went in with a 4” Rough Country Lift and just wanted something that was going to not have me wearing through parts every 6 months and again was safe with my kids in the truck. 4- I went to pick up my truck and immediately noticed it sat higher than when i dropped it off, mind you it went from a 4” lift to a Icon stage 5, 0-2.5” lift. So you can see why I was already concerned. 5- while waiting to pick up my truck, the owner was there and the only thing he said was, “do you want the tv on.” Not once did he ask how my build was or if I had any questions or concerns. 6- then the staff couldn’t figure out why they couldn’t align my truck and insisted I needed a new wheel hub. So I got one and brought it to them the next morning to have them install it, and they still couldn’t figure out the alignment. 7- I drove it home and it sounded like I was screeching around turns while just going straight on the road. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back the next day and I did. 8- while they were looking it over I asked the shop manager if they installed a 6” lift and his response was, “no it’s only a 0-2.5” lift.” So I said “well it sits higher than when i dropped it off.” So he asked me to wait while he went in the back and upon his return I was told, “they installed the new kit on top of the previous one.” 9- so I was then told it would have to be taken back to stock and I said ok. This is where I was told they would not charge me the labor but I had to pay for the parts, at cost though. 10- while they were doing this I was told they were waiting on the cross member for the lower control arms that was originally cut out to install the 4” lift that was previously on my truck. So after the week of waiting I contacted the shop for an update and at the end of the day I was told they received an email at the beginning of the work day mind you, that the part would be another month or so. This was unacceptable as I own my own company and needed my truck back because I was losing money with out it. 11- I had to do their job for them and find the part and send them the link for ordering it. Once it arrived they told me I could pick it up and of course didn’t offer to install it for me but didn’t charge me the $80 on it after charging me over $600 for the other parts to bring it back to stock. 12- I also found tools they left on my truck after getting it back and they installed 6” helper bags and mounts in the rear, on a 0-2.5” suspension! So I was having the roughest ride and not getting any use from my rear suspension at all. 13- they took the front back to stock but left the rear end the way it was with the 6” helper bags and the rear sway bar links set to my previous 4” lift. 14- I was given so many excuses as to what happened with my build but the best one was that they had another customer who had a Chevy Silverado and was getting the exact same suspension build as I was and they wanted the icon installed on top of their other old suspension kit. Here is the funny part, I have a Ram, my parts were in white the parts for the Chevy hadn’t arrived yet. So how do you get two customers builds mixed up that badly and who in their right mind adds on top of a previous suspension lift with a new one and one of different manufacturers? Come on man. 15- then to top it off, I had just had a new transmission put in prior to dropping it off with them, and take a look

I was super excited to have my car serviced by these guys. AK and the Chaos team has been super active in the community at various track events and I’ve always been impressed by them. I can happily report that my first service went very well! They are super professional, very communicative, and they provide a great pre-and post service report. I’m looking forward to working with these guys again in the near future!

Happy to have chosen Chaos for getting the trailer hitch installed on my wife’s Mustang Mach-E. Stephanie was very professional, accommodating, the technician(Apologies for not getting his name) did a wonderful job, included contents of the hitch components in the passenger seat and noted what’s in there. I will be returning to have another hitch installed on the minivan, once parts come back from backorder. Thank you Chaos!!

These guys are the best of the best. I have an old Cadillac 2007; the shifter no longer worked, the part was discontinued and very difficult to find replacement parts. Chaos took the shifter apart and rebuilt it. The car runs like new. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going the extra mile to help me. If I were to rebuild a car from the bottom up, I know there is only one place I would take it to and that’s Chaos.
