⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hired a motorbike here for 4 days (27 to 30 November) and had a great experience. I contacted them via WhatsApp about one month in advance, and the communication was smooth and easy. We rented a Honda PCX 160cc, which was in good condition. They delivered and picked up the bike directly at our hotel, which was very convenient. There was no deposit required, only a copy of our passport. The price was reasonable. Two helmets were provided, and when we wanted to exchange them for better ones, we went to their shop and the lady was very accommodating and friendly. The weather in late November in Ko Samui was perfect for riding around the island, which made the experience even better. Overall, excellent service and very reliable. Highly recommended!

No wonder chang has 5 stars, the attitude, customer service and everything else was great and fast. No matter what i needed they found a way to make me happy. The guy that delivered it to me recommended me to take a video before taking it and shown me in detail all the scratches I should take a video of (there werent much) just for the sake - and there was no money or passport deposit (only a photo of passport + license). That says something about the honesty. The bike was great as well, working good, no issues - not much to add there. Definitely recommend Chang and will use them next time I come to samui 😎

הגענו בעקבות ביקורת מעולה בגוגל.קיבלנו קטנוע מושלם הונדה 160 במחיר 300 באט ליום .הקטנוע הגיע עד לבית המלון וגם נלקח בסיום תקופת ההשכרה ללא תוספת תשלום וללא צורך בפיקדון התכתבנו בווטסאפ הכל היה בסדר והשרות היה מצויין .אם אתם בקוסמוי ומעוניינים לשכור קטנוע אין לכם מה לחפש במקום אחר

With lots of negative stories about scooter rental on social media I had lots of apprehensions. After talking to Nung it fade away. Best service and scooter was properly maintained. Really enjoyed exploring Koh Samui on scooter.

Can't fault them at all. WhatsApp initial contact, replied immediately, then had a walk to see the bikes as not far from us. No pushy sales, only wanted the scooter for one day. Offered me a scooter at 300thb but I opted for the Honda ADV at 450thb, the young lady had better English than me! She was very helpful and nothing was a problem. Don't need to leave passport just want a photo, scooter arrived on time and was perfect for what we needed. If I'm ever back here will definitely deal with them again. 👍

Definitely the best service I've ever had. There was one day it rained and she let me pay the next day. Another day she sent someone to collect money from me without me having to come to her. And she also sent someone to collect the motorbike from the hotel. Really excellent service. If I come back here again, I'll only take it from her. Thank you very much ❤️

Excellent Motorbike Rental in Koh Samui! I’ve lived in Thailand for over 20 years, and this is honestly one of the best motorbikes I’ve ever rented. The bike was in excellent condition, smooth, powerful, and clearly well maintained. The service was also top notch: they dropped off and picked up the bike right on time, making everything super easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend to future renters.
