For the past 11 years, I have had great service from this team, today was no exception. Jason Williams kept me informed of delivery time. He arrived promptly and was very personable and professional. I really appreciate the salt delivery service as those bags are so heavy and buying them at a store is an ordeal. Thanks CGC/Kinetico for the great service.

Mark is great at customer service. He goes above and beyond to isolate the problem and find the most appropriate solution whether he gets out his tool kit or recommends a service appointment or new equipment after a thorough check. CGC replace my water softener, well pump and put in a reverse osmosis system in July. Anthony installed everything that day. He was at my house from 11 AM until 7 PM. He Was great. Today Abel came to go over a few things with me and explain the systems better as I’ve forgotten everything. He dropped off literature. Show me how everything worked. He was also great. I appreciate their work and their follow up.
