I had a great experience working with Phillip at Ceramic Pro Wilmington. He was able to help us with protecting our new vehicle with a combination of PPF and ceramic coating. The team here were complete professionals and did a wonderful job installing the PPF and ceramic coating. The car looks amazing and will have protection in place to keep it that way!
I highly recommend Ceramic Pro. My wife bought a new BMW X7 M60i and drove it straight from the dealership to Ceramic Pro for a full body PPF. We've never had PPF done before, so we were a little nervous, but everything turned out awesome. Phil was responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. The installers were very particular about doing a great job too.
Just over 2 months ago we brought our Grenadier directly from the High Point show room to Ceramic Pro Elite in Wilmington. I met Phil and his installer team Addison and Eric. After my consultation visit with Phil And Addison we began. The result was a better than expected PPF wrap, tinting and ceramic coating experience. Actually looking better than when we picked it up from the Grenny from the dealer.
We went with Ceramic Pro Kavaca PPF for the front end including full hood, emblem, front fenders, pillars, surrounding grill and partial front roof. Also covered the headlights, fog lights, door cups and edges. The PPF were both precuts made in their shop as well as bulk free cuts. Great custom work.
For the top 2 safari windows we used the ceramic IR Tint which has helped tremendously with glare and heat transfer. No fabric sunscreens or covers will ever be needed. Also, we tinted the passenger and driver door windows which has transformed the cockpit into a cool glare free compartment.
Also applied was the windshield PPR which has already protected me from chips and debris pinging the glass thrown from the road. This was the first time I have ever had a PPR applied to the windshield. What a great product.
Addison and Eric also installed my custom made vinyl lettering inserts to the hood, left rear door and spare tire.
To top it all off we used ceramic Pro on the wheels, calipers tailpipe, all plastics and the vinyl lettering. They also recommended and applied ceramic coating to the American flag and Granedier emblems.
They installed front bumper step plates and with the fender step plates cleaned all the stains and then sealed.
The entire install was without any problems. No blemishes and all vinyls, plastics and emblem's remained pristine. Seamless, bubble free, clean edges and cuts. So easy to take care and clean.
And right next-door is Philip's BuffMasters hand car washing service with some of the best looking exotic vehicles in town. The only place I will take my Grenadier for cleaning with unlimited washes with a monthly subscription. They specialize in cleaning vehicles with PPF and ceramic coating.
Ceramic Pro and Buff Masters Hand Carwash both owned and run by Philip are outstanding. Their flawless prep, outstanding knowledge on install techniques, films and coatings make them the best in our area. The workshop was always clean and pristine, the work was always completed early and the car was immaculate on pickup. They will also text you with updates.
By the way they have outstanding warrantees, lifetime warrantees and have always been available for any touchups or additional work that I may want to have done.
