Yesterday Frank came to my home and did an excellent job. He is the most compassionate person I have come across in a long time he went above and beyond his job description when he left, I had light again in my dining room, which we haven’t had for a couple of years. He worked around the the cluttered areas and made it work. If I have any further services, I’m gonna definitely request him thank you Frank. I truly appreciate you.

Electrician whose name is frank did electrical work on 03/10/2026. He arrived in a timely manner and was very polite and extremely professional. He talked me through the entire process relative to changing a mal functioning light switch. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He has done electrical work for me in the past. He changed my old door bell 2025. He was the same then as he was today. Frank is an asset to your company. I am pleased with his professionalism. We recently had an electrician “Frank” for some electrical work in our home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the issues and the best solutions available. It was obvious that he has a deep understanding of his trade and takes pride in doing the job right. The work was completed efficiently, neatly, and with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was safe, up to code, and functioning perfectly before leaving. On top of that, he was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. Frank was simply exceptional. Century Electrical did the complete wiring and lighting of our new dock on Lake Norman. From the initial estimation to the final walk through, they were amazing to work with. Their electricians were very professional and personable. At the end of each day they checked in with us on their progress kept the job site immaculate. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very pleased with the job Brian and team did for me. Century did all electrical for my new dock including 2 boat lifts, all lighting and a generator switch. There were a few issued caused by my builder impacting Century’s completing their work but Brian was extremely flexible and amenable to make necessary corrections. I would highly recommend Brian and Century!
