I truly enjoyed working with Central Valley One, Inc. Randy took extra time to thoroughly answer my questions and ensured that I was comfortable as the process went along. This was a new process for me, which I was unfamiliar with, and I loaded him down with telephone calls and texts, which he always answered promptly. Janette was my "go to" for paperwork and quickly responded to creation and changes as we progressed. Overall a great experience!

Central Valley is a great company to deal with in my opinion and my experience with Randy Lapeyri was fantastic. I started thinking about selling part of my owner financed mortgage note a few years ago and met Randy then, when I asked for information. At the time I decided to wait awhile. Once I was ready, just a few weeks ago, I reached out again. The process was fast, easy and I’m quite satisfied with the terms. Great company all the way around.

I called Central Valley one at a time out of curiosity, Randy, and their escrow team was very helpful. They kept us informed throughout the process and even after closing, etc. We received our Money. I would use these guys again without a second thought. Randy was great! He not only knows his business inside and out, he knows how to talk to people. He wasn't stuffy and impersonal which is what comes to mind when dealing with financial matters. Randy made me feel at home from the start. Our dealings were comfortable, like a back yard barbecue conversation rather than sterile financial mumbo jumbo. I had some medical issues in the midst of our dealings which delayed things from my end quite a bit and Randy never once made the delay feel like any kind of burden or problem for him even though I'm sure it created a lot of extra work from his end. Overall a great experience. Ask for Randy L., He'll treat you right.
