My hot tub required replacement and we decided to purchase one from Elliot at Central Jersey Pools. His knowledge and understanding of the industry just stood out from all the rest of the places we reached out to. The entire staff regarding pool and spa service as well as the sales team are just the best and kindest in the industry. They are reliable and have the best products around. Special shout out to Patti in pool service! The pool service that is being coordinated by Patti is unmatched! She immediately takes a personal interest and gets problems resolved. A while back I also needed my in- ground pool liner replaced. They had the biggest selection and most knowledgeable people to answer all my questions. Since I have well water I did not want to use my well pump to fill up the 30,000 gallon pool I have. They recommended a water company for the fill. The coordination effort between the liner install and the water fill was amazingly planned out. Central Jersey pools did an amazing job, they were on time, always available for a question and their prices are worth it if you want perfection. Do not commit to anyone else before you go see them for any of your outdoor water needs!

I bent an upright on my above ground pool that we purchased 4 years ago. Called Cathy she was on the job! She helped me order the correct parts for my specific make and model pool. With a quick search in their records she emailed me a parts list to ensure I was ordering what I needed. Everybody in the showroom to the loading docks are a real pleasure to deal with!
