We are so smitten with our new puppy from Central Illinois Bernadoodles. "Benny" is acclimating so well to our home thanks to the socialization he got with John and family before pickup day. John was very responsive, pickup was smooth and we could not be more grateful to have welcomed this sweet boy into our family!

If you are looking for a Bernedoodle, look no further than Central Illinois Bernedoodles. John was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He provided testing for hip dysplasia and genetic testing for the parents for a variety of other hereditary ailments. We went out to choose our dog and again, John was great with the process of helping us narrow down the dogs to the one we chose.
We have had our puppy for almost 3 weeks and everything is great. She is adorable and an instant member of the family. She has a great temperament. I would definately recommend and would get another dog here without hesitation.,
We cannot recommend John Jess and Central Illinois Bernadoodles enough. Our experience was flawless, from beginning to end. John is passionate and knowledgeable in all things Bernadoodle. His facility is clean, organized and spacious for the proper care of the animals and he raises the most perfect puppies! John is a 15 out of 10!

We cannot recommend John and Central Illinois Bernedoodles enough. We just picked up our puppy Belmont (Bloom) and had the best experience with John. He was patient, transparent and responsive throughout the entire process and has the most amazing puppies. This is our fourth dog and John is by far the best breeder we have worked with.
We had the best experience with Central an Illinois Bernedoodles. The communication, pick up and facilities were all five stars. Theodore (Rider) is an f1 Bernedoodle and he has the best temperament and personality. You can tell they really care about the parents and puppies.
Not only do they have the most beautiful puppies and mini bernedoodles, John was a pleasure to work with. He made the process seamless and laid out everything we needed to be prepared for as first dog owners. I cannot recommend Central Illinois Bernedoodles enough!
We had such a great experience adopting our Bernedoodle puppy, Max (Americano). From the very first communication to pick-up day, the breeders were supportive, transparent, and genuinely passionate about their dogs. Max is healthy, well-adjusted, and has been an amazing addition to our family. You can tell they put so much love and care into raising their puppies. We couldn't be more pleased with our sweet puppy! He has been an absolute blessing to our family and kids! John was very knowledgeable, friendly and the facility was immaculate. It is evident John and his family truly care for the puppies. They were all very comfortable, playful, and interactive in person! Potty training and kennel training has been going well and I attribute that to the foundation they built at Central Illinois Bernedoodles, and the schedule they provide to keep our puppy on track! We researched many breeders and facilities, I have no doubt we chose the most qualified and professional bernedoodle puppy breeder!

We highly recommend Central Illinois Doodles. Working with John was very easy and he clearly knew his stuff. The boarding facility is immaculate and you can tell that all the dogs are well cared for and happy. We couldn’t be more grateful for and in love with our new beautiful little pup. We also really enjoyed being able to see our little guy via their very active social media. It gave us the opportunity to get to know him ever before meeting him as well as see the love and affection the whole family gave the pups.

John was a wonderful to work with as we were adopting our first dog! He has a thorough website, took time to speak with us and get to know us and also meet with us on adoption day. His facility is immaculate and you can tell how well his dogs and pups are cared for. Our puppy Sadie (fka Violet) is so well-tempered and such a wonderful, chill puppy. It makes me want another….ekkk!

Highly recommend John and Central Illinois Doodles. We just picked up our second pup because the one we got from John 4 years ago is the best dog ever and needed a friend. Pups are beautiful, healthy, and socialized. Their facility is world class and absolutely immaculate.
Central Illinois Doodles was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend them. John was very friendly and makes sure the puppies go to a good home. When we arrived, he greeted us with Turner (now Finley) and showed us around to see his siblings and parents. He gave us all the information we needed and was awesome to work with!
We picked up our sweet girl yesterday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. John was incredibly thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. The facility was spotless and very impressive. I would highly recommend CID to anyone considering adding a dog to their family, and we would definitely return in the future. Our girl has been amazing so far. It’s clear she was loved and well cared for before coming home with us.
We would highly recommend our Bernedoodle breeder — Central Illinois Doodles. John Jess was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. When we went to pick up Molly, we found the boarding facility to be immaculate, well-maintained, and very impressive. We had the chance to meet our pup’s parents and see other litters as well.

We got our mini bernedoodle, Luna (formerly "Sandy") in December of 2023. I wanted to wait a bit to ensure that we were happy before writing a review. Let me just say, we couldn't be any happier with our decision to go with Central Illinois Doodles.
After my wife found CID, I was a bit skeptical as they were on the higher end of the price spectrum. However, after I expressed my concerns to the owner over the phone, his responses convinced me to give them a shot. We drove about 3 hours to the location, and when arriving I could not have been more impressed with the facility. Wide open, well maintained, and extremely clean! You could tell that they actually cared.
Our pup has been SO wonderful. No strange health concerns that you will see in a dog from a low-grade breeder. She's very well mannered, a great listener, and extremely happy.
If my kids ever convince me to get another dog, I would surely use them again! Totally worth the money and the drive.
Our First Doodle
We had a wonderful experience with John and his family this past weekend. Their facility is lovely and their little town is so beautiful. Our sweet “Georgia” Peach (F1B Bernedoodle) is just perfect. She is super energetic, but also very chill when we are lounging. Training is going great also. We love her so much already!
