Disappointed. Poor Service.
1 star out of 5 for service from Oliver BC office of Central Agencies Ltd.
5 star for frustration.
Too many errors, math errors, typos, wrong prices, contradictions, wrong payment dates, and not sending promised documents to me.
Oct 9, 2025 I emailed to finalize changes to policy.
For the next mth all I received were 'auto replies' saying that the various 3-4 people I emailed had quit, moved, or in a different dept.
After phone calls I finally got a human to listen.
Nov 12, 2025 a chq was mailed to me.
But, Central wrote it out incorrectly.
After many emails, and phone calls, Central agreed to correct it.
I sent a signed letter in an email on January 19, 2026 to Lillian and Christine, as per Central's instructions, and requested the corrected, new, chq be mailed right away.
It is Wed June 10, 2026. No chq yet.
No email from Lillian or Christine to say when chq was mailed.
Last email from Lillian was Jan 14, 2026.
I have not received a cheque yet.
Who else thinks Central should include interest on this chq....when they actually send it?
