Starting with Erin on the phone and everyone else involved they could not have been better. Totally professional and competent all the way. Just had a perfect pump! Friendly, helpful appointment/dispatch from a family run business, right through their thoroughly professional and friendly owner/pumper. As a German engineer, I appreciated their top of the line and totally well maintained equipment and efficient and thorough pump...not like some of the other cleanings I've had. Even helped me get the $100 rebate from the county!

Why would you want to do business with people like this? They gouge and offer quotes that are ridiculous and offer services that are not needed, when you just need your septic tank pumped. I don't care if they were the last septic company on Earth, I would NOT USE THEM for fear of being ripped off, quoting uneccessary work, and/or not doing an efficient job. I had a falling out with a technician in 2021, and tried to reschedule an appointment, "Finally getting a decent and logical quote," and they cancelled me due to the discrepancy I had with them in 2021, 3 years ago. Talk about an unmerciful, unforgiving, deceitful group of people. Like I said, i wouldn't use them if they were the last septic company on Earth, and/or if it was free. BUYER BEWARE.

Hi Farley, I'm unsure why you are posting as Logan, you just texted me that you left a 1 star review and this looks like the only one we have. We cancelled because you yelled multiple profanities at a genuinely great person in 2021. When they let you know we would have to charge for digging up your tank, you told him to promptly get the *expletive* off your property. We are standing by what asked us to do, and will not enter your property again. We've never charged you a penny, nor done any work on your property. Thanks!

Kenny and Erin were so great to work with! Erin was very helpful in scheduling my septic pump. This was my first time pumping the septic so wasn't sure what to expect. Kenny arrived right on time, pumped the tank, and explained everything perfectly. After hearing all the horror stories out there about septic companies taking advantage of customers, I feel very fortunate that I came across Center Septic. Center Septic is the only company we will call for our septic needs. A couple years ago, we purchased a property on septic and had a lot to learn. We were told by McKenna Septic that we needed $20k+ worth of repair, so we got another opinion from Sludgebusters and were told of an entirely different problem that would amount to upwards of $15k.
After hearing from those two companies, we were pretty discouraged and felt like both companies were trying to generate costly and unnecessary work at the expense of our lack of knowledge with septic.
We decided to find a third company to come out and inspect, and after reading other peoples' wonderful experiences with Center Septic on NextDoor, we called them. After inspection, they informed us that the tank and field appeared to be in good condition and none of that work recommended by the other companies was necessary--which saved us thousands of dollars. We had them install risers which would bring our septic up to code, and that was it!
This week we called them again to pump, and help with a blockage in our line and they were not only incredibly helpful with fitting us in their schedule at a busy time of year, but it also is so nice to be able to trust the company. That is so rare these days, and very much appreciated. Kenny and Ryan were exceptional, knowledgeable, and kind. They resolved our issues quickly and helped us learn more about how to maintain our system for the future. Needless to say, we will remain loyal to Center Septic and highly recommend them.

I was in need of some risers and called another septic company in Valley Center if I could purchase a riser from them and they said they only install and wanted to send a supervisor over, obviously to sell us a service. I emailed Center Septic and they asked what kind of riser I needed and told me where I could purchase what I needed, right there in Valley Center. They didn't try to sell me anything. I was blown away at their willingness to help me, even though I wasn't a customer. This shows the integrity of this company of just wanting to help people. This is why I will be getting serviced from them from now on. Thank you Center Septic for putting people before monetization.

Center Septic just finished a complete new septic system installation on our property, including a new tank and leach chamber system. Working with Erin, Kenny and Ryan was wonderful.
