It was my first time at a dentist that I actually was not scared of. They were can very gentle and communicated everything to where I could understand and they were very respectful and gentle .you could really tell they wanted to help me and they listened to what was hurting me truly a great experience with amazing people !

As you first walk in you are greeted by Sierra who is absolutely amazing and very friendly and helpful and once you go back to see the dentist and the dental assistant, they are amazing as well. They are very patient kind and patient, and do very well with kids and adults and they take their time to make sure everyone is comfortable before they do any type of dental work in your mouth. I absolutely recommend them 100%. So glad that I found bloomed dental. I will never go anywhere else. I am 100% satisfied and recommend them to families with small children and also adult adults.!😊

I am not sure where to start except that one visit to Bloom Dental Greenwood and Dr Leblanc and I am no longer terrified. I went from a consultation to getting 3 teeth pulled per my request. Did I experience any pain. NO, none. It brings tears to my eyes because I am excited to go back. I urge anyone who has any dislike for dentists, go to this office. The entire staff and Dr Leblanc were exceptional. I had been told by another dentist that my teeth were shot and needed to be replaced. They are not bad at all. Dr Leblanc walked me through it all and never once made me feel like that person with horrible teeth. I recommend this office and Dr Leblanc to everyone I see. AMAZING

I had such a wonderful experience here !The office was super clean and calming and not busy at all. Everyone on the staff team from the receptionist to the DR was so kind, professional, and knowlegable. I came in and I instantly felt like the team cared about my dental health and me as a person. They actually listened to all my concerns and carefully and clearly went over them as well as the care plan, procedures, and the costs of the plan. I felt confident I could ask questions and they gave me full and honest answers back. I'm so happy I found a great dental team and I look forward to keeping them for several years to come.

Very efficient and professional. Nice, informative, cause I have a fear of Dentist, and they was very gentle and let me know everything they was doing before they just started on me. Told me each step of the procedure and continued to be sure I felt safe and not overwhelmed. It was the best I've had in years. I will probably go back for a few more appointments.

where do i start, the fact they really don't know how to run the office or the skills of some of the dentists there.
So i had an appointment on a Friday, when the person contacted me asking me to come early, I felt that was great since I was free, to arrive at the office and wait for 30min then to go back get another Xray, since the first that i took few weeks ago wasn't great, then another exposure to radiation, even though it is a low dose, why, i still don't know. then to be seen by another Dentist, who said oh wait i can't do it, since you are not my patient. WHAT is this type of ridiculousness. Made another appointment and that day i had to take some time off work to come, the dentist whom I saw, stated it was an "EASY" fix - mind you what was found was an incidental finding. To find out that the guy does not know what he was doing, they didn't have the proper equipment to do the root canal, look if you don't have the equipment then do not do it, it is this simple. Now I have a whole in my tooth, mind you it was painful, i couldn't eat, or drink anything without feeling the pain, which never existed before. I get it, it needed to be fixed, but if you don't know how to do it, then don't do it. Then i had to try to live with for a day, trying to find someone who can take me to their office to do this root canal, and guess what their office was closed. Honestly the worst dental office I went to. I myself will not be going to this dentist after, based on this experience.
