When I sought help from your law firm after my dad's passing, the young lady who was assigned to help us told us that your law firm could do everything for just 2% of the total assets of my father's estate.
The only thing we wanted at the time was to transfer The trustee of my father's estate from my sister to myself.
She insisted many times, that would be covered in the 2%. My sister and I both told this young woman that we did not want to have your law office cover the entire estate at a 2% rate. And that we requested was merely the letter of the change of trust trustee for my dad's trust.
She charged us 2 hours, one for the 35-minute phone call we had with her and my sister. And another hour apparently to write up the paperwork to change the trust. When I received the paperwork it was inaccurate. The name on the paperwork for the trust was incorrect and that letter had no value whatsoever.
After searching around for another attorney she did what we needed quickly and actually only charging us one hour and giving all kinds of advice for what to expect. Well worth the one hour I paid her for. Sorry I couldn't say the same about Ceyaya Law.
