Jim Stanley was a pleasure to work with and just to talk to. He provided a written proposal with a great price within 10 minutes, and he did the job just 3 days later. He was on site directly supervising the crew, they cleaned up carefully, and the job looks great! Overall excellent experience.

It was a real pleasure working with you out in Derwood, John! Getting that written proposal over to you quickly and getting our crew on-site to knock out your residential asphalt project just a few days later is how we like to operate. Making sure everything is done right and cleaned up properly for homeowners across Montgomery County is always our goal. Thank you so much for the 5-star review

J Stanley Asphalt has been great. They repaved the driveway of our old home over a decade ago, and two years ago, repaved the driveway of our current home. Today they sealed it. We are very happy with their work and responsiveness.

Jim, was at the site to supervise the crew. He was able to work the driveway with a little issue in the driveway. After finishing the work, he promised me to call him back so they could finish the unfinished spot. Another good thing with Jim, he was the only one of five companies who responded to give an estimate. That to me is great customer service.

It was a pleasure servicing your residential driveway in Gaithersburg, MD, Audie! Since that old car was parked in the corner and your brother-in-law was out of the country without the key, we sealed right around it for now and are fully prepped to head back out for that final touch-up as soon as the vehicle is moved. Delivering responsive communication, fair pricing, and dependable follow-through for homeowners across Montgomery County is what J Stanley Asphalt is all about. Thank you so much for the 5-star review!

J Stanley Asphalt replaced our driveway 4 years ago and did an excellent job, digging out bad areas and putting a good thick layer of asphalt down. They sealed it two years ago and again today. The driveway looks almost new. An excellent job done, highly recommended.

Jessica and The Harmonized Nest team does an UNBELIEVABLE job with thoughtfully organizing your home. In just a few hours, they pulled every single thing out of our garage, helped us go through what to keep or get rid of and put it all back in a way that everything has a well thought out space, neatly labeled, and looking good. This project would've taken me multiple weekends and countless headaches and they were done before lunch. I cannot recommend The Harmonized Nest enough!

I hired Step in Time LLC to replace my chimney chase cover and paid $2,200 in cash on August 1, 2026. Before hiring them, I was verbally assured that the work was guaranteed to pass inspection. After the work was completed, I was told by Howard County that the company did not have the NCSG or CSIA certification required for approval, and my fireplace could not be approved for use. I was not aware of this issue before hiring the company. I asked for a refund, but the company refused. I am very disappointed with this experience. I recommend that anyone considering this company confirm the applicable certification requirements and inspection process before paying for work.

Outstanding service and workmanship from estimate through installation. Top quality parts, knowledgeable foreman and crew and pleasant vibe during the installation. Mel did the estimate and took the time to thoroughly understand how we use the rooms in our house. He recommended using our central heat as a starting point to add central a/c and update some old ducting. We discussed the pros/cons of central air vs using mini-split systems and his patient explanations left us very comfortable with the choice of a single zone central a/c system. The installation was well-coordinated, led by Carlos with a team of 6 people doing ducting, heater replacement, and condenser placement. Carlos is a great communicator and the team was able to complete the installation in the same day by working efficiently in parallel on many fronts. They were very respectful of our property in terms of not tracking in dirt (it had rained night before), and removal of the installation-related debris and the old furnace that was removed. We are totally pleased with A/C Mechanical Sol Inc and recommend them without reservation.

Montana Concrete Pro put in a new sidewalk and did repairs to our front porch steps. Golam Ahmed was fantastic to work with. He came out to give the estimate and work was scheduled the following week. Fernando, the foreman, communicated the entire process well and made us feel comfortable about the project. The crew arrived on time, completed the work, and finished everything in one day. The workmanship is outstanding and it's clear that they are experts in this area. They cleaned up everything and also gave us great tips on how to keep our new sidewalk from getting damaged during snow, etc. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and call them again for any future projects.
