These ladies took us through every step while answering any and all questions we had. I highly recommend Christina and Stephanie for any of your real estate needs. Our home sold quickly during a normally slow time of year. They gave great advice on staging, did diligent research to determine the sales price, held multiple open houses, followed up promptly on all showings, and were even able to salvage the deal when our buyer decided to terminate the contract. There are lots of realtors out there, but Christina and Stephanie are a cut above the rest!

My Quixotic-like adventure began in April when I decided to move to Cedar Park so I could be a season ticket holder to the local hockey team. Stephanie worked with me through the first aborted purchase and patiently kept in touch until the right place came along. In between both she and her partner Christina made a dozen trips to places I saw on HAR.com that I thought I might be interested in, while I was sitting in my recliner 175 miles away stuffing my face with kolaches. Finally the right house came along. Stephanie did everything from arranging the inspection to driving me to the closing at the title company in Austin. And she has stayed in touch, as opposed to others who would drop you like a hot potato once the check cleared the bank. Two thumbs way up for Cedar Park Living!

Christina is hands down the best agent around! Wouldn’t have been able to sell our house without her. She gave us a list of things to do to the house before listing. Trust me, do the list! It may seem like a lot but it will make the house stand out. She helped us schedule vendors (carpet, painters, cleaners, etc) and came up with a time line to list the house that fit my schedule. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the process. My boyfriend is an artist and had lot of art we needed to part ways with. Christina and Stephanie came up with a great idea to do a silent auction for the art work during the open houses. Stephanie took pictures of the art and made amazing notebook for the silent auction. Our house went under contract fast! We had to sell everything in our 4 bedroom 2500 sqft house and move into a RV. Christina helped us pack the house, ship boxes, and even helped me pack the RV! She really goes above and beyond for her clients. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else.
