2nd time I have had an amazing team of Field Professionals take care of my garage door needs. Installation went smoothly, had a bit of trouble getting my wide on the app. Took about an hour and many phone calls, but got it done. If it wern't for the app problem I would give it 5 stars, but with that problem I can only give it 4.

Had a problem with door not opening from outside. They referred me to the remote opener company to trouble shoot and save me money on a service call.
While they diagnosed problem, I still needed help.. When I called Cedar Park Door they sent someone out promptly who fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
William was nice, professional and friendly. I would recommend them for your garage door needs. They are also the company who put the door in originally 4 years ago.

Had a garage door that was running loudly when opening and closing. Called overhead door and had them come check it out. It was diagnosed in 2 minutes. I had bad rollers. They were replaced with quality rollers within 30 minutes. The tech also checked the whole system and wiped down all parts of the garage door. It looked brand new when he finished. The door is running quietly now.
